That's what happens to me by the way😂. People think you're rude, full of attitude but they don't know what we have gone through in life that made us be like that. But you have to understand, if you're in a position of power and you're giving people attitude, that can be incredibly threatening and hurtful.
It can make your employees scared to come into work.
It can diminish their self esteem/de-motivate them.
It can cause crippling anxiety, not knowing if you'll be fired the next second from your only way of putting food on the table.
What's bad is that most don't have the luxury of quitting a toxic work environment because they have bills to pay. It is unfair to subject a person to that.
I know because I've been there myself.
