It's not all fun and games. To work in F1 you have to live and breathe it. It has to be both your work and social life at the same time which alot of people cannot handle. You are away from March - December racing and the other months you are working hard developing the car. These guys can often do 18 hour days.

Having had a tour of the factory myself I can say the video doesn't do it justice. The engineering "room" itself is incredible, the sheer size of it and the machines in it barely scrape the surface as to how much work goes into the car. The amount of staff around the 2 buildings could probably fill a small town up.
