Engine smoke, tyre smoke, wheel sparks, rubber flying, turbo glowing and great camera shots, nobody could have asked for more. Great foresight from Matt and Brandon on this build, and awesome work by the Holden Bros. I take my hat off to you all.
That Ranchtang burnout was probably one of the most bad ass burnouts I’ve seen…engine red hot, the crowd yelling at the end, FIRE ME UP! Great video love how long it was, thanks y’all!
It sucked wdym?
I didn’t hear any crows???

I read this comment at the beginning of the video, and I was very skeptical. I do not like the mobile but that thing is a freaking burner. I agree with you all the percent.
That has to be one of the most sickest burnouts ever caught on camera. The amount of smoke, the solid controlled spinning, the smoke coming out of the seams, the red-hot pipes, that sweet turbo whine, the deep rumble of the diesel…. Holden Bros are awesome and their youtube journey was just a total joy to watch as they showcased that ranchstang build.

Sam is such a frickin legend! So glad Cleetus brought Sam into the shop. Even shining up the competition's cars!
Sam is such a good dude. Keeps the fleet looking good and is gent
Seriously gents. When we get to be Sam's age, how many of us can honestly say we get to comingle with a fleet like Cleeter's? When I get old I want Sam's life, no doubt.
And he owns his own shop
i reckon the reason ranchtang did so well is cause sams polishing lol

So much fun, I'm a old grandma and sat here on my porch watching you youngsters having fun and couldn't stop smiling! Good job boys.
Well you sure sound young at heart grandma!
I love how the Ranchtang wanted to flip over when he started. Definitely want to upgrade the suspension on that little beast.
It was so awesome to see this car debut in person. You did awesome buddy. My entire family was thrilled we got to meet you.
Matt is the nicest guy. He made sure to talk to EVERYONE who was in line to see him. My daughter was actually shy for the first time in her life, because she likes you so much. I got to say the editing was so amazing. Probably the only time I said out loud "wow this editing is amazing." The whole video is masterpiece. I had a huge smile throughout the video. Plus the shot with cleetus on top of SXSBlog doing a burnout, and the USA chanting in the background. It just gived me a chill. It would be amazing if they made that frame into a poster. I would definitely get one. Also seeing all the happy fans meeting you, a cheery on top. It was my first time meeting you Matt after 10 years of seeing your videos. It is amazing, and a memory I will never forget.
The scene in the reflection of Mere's lenses was epic.
Definitely, definitely just seal the wood. you lose a lot of the benefits of working on wood when you paint, and it never comes out quite right. You could stain, but I wouldnt go dark. I love the look and feel of a blonde polyurethane workspace. Easy on the hands, and easier on the eyes.
Spar Urethane ftw...did it on my sanded plywood bench top years ago, still holding up like a champ to some pretty heavy abuse.
That's right and you just don't paint wood.
You can seal the wood but I would not leave it that way I would cover it with stainless steel plate. now that's a proper workbench.
What kind of poly did you use? I have a small gun bench in my garage for cleaning that's bare wood atm
Natural wood man. People think it’s old school but it’s pure and beautiful
Congrats on the victory in the Ranchtang!!!! Matt, you need to forget about the Impala, the ghost of Chevrolet is going to haunt that vehicle for what you did to the bullet proof Suburban.
So euphoric to see Matt win!! He’s been fighting to have a solid burnout car for Cleetus and cars for years! Finally, today, we he gets a good go at it, and freakin wins! 🎉

Gotta admit, with the truncated timetable the Holden Bros had to work with I had my doubts. Yet again they pulled through and you with ranchtang did not disappoint. Love how the smoke comes out the quarter panels. lol This is epic for sure.
Well done sir , and awesome job to the holden bros . You guys pulled off a miracle with the ranch tang, can't wait to see the next burnout .

So happy the ranchtang ran so well. The tire shredding shots were epic. It gives me butter flies knowing all the amazing but some how quick work the holden bros. Put into it and to go out and leave nothing to be desired with that run is just amazing.
Everything about this video is amazing, from the editing to the huge amount of smoke from both of your cars. I am really impressed and someone started cutting the onions during this video! Had me in tears from the amazing work you pulled it off.

Hey Matt, after you get that cloud of smoke worked up, and toward the end, while engulfed in smoke you need a light show from within the smoke cloud flashing from the car. Especially if you go in the evening and its night out. Just a suggestion to up your game if its allowed. Have a great one Matt, God Bless you and your family. MERICA!!!
Sam is an absolute treasure man. He's awesome, and does amazing work! Definitely years in the business and it shows.

Okay now that was a spectacular skid from the ranch tang was very impressed and that's coming from an Aussie who skids all the time and you used all the pad and held the revs right up there which is a really good thing. @Tyler Westman he most definitely could own the track and do the builds. Do you not realise how many millions he makes off of Merch alone?
As a cabinet shop owner/fabricator, for (shop) cabinets I would recommend exterior grade paint in a light color. My personal shop is bright white everything, walls ,ceiling. This reflects light and in my opinion makes the shop lighter. Love all your videos.
Remember when you go to seal the work benches, think of all of the dropped nuts, bolts, and screws and see if you want it on a black background or a nice light background
The impala can shred some tires though, but the ranchtang went hard, will be sick to see it with more power!
Intro is hilarious btw
Lovin the montage at the end with all your staff/friends. The were all so awkward and stunned pigeon like when you and Mere started putting them in your vids all those many moons ago.
Now they're relaxed and natural around the camera... it's a good look. ;)
The turbos glowing on the ranchtang diesel was epic!!
Needs more smoke, though
@@robine5280 agreed, even Matt fantasized about thick black smoke rolling with white in his last video.
You need to have Sam come out to the ranch. He’s such a cool dude, and I’d love to see him shoot some gold stuff
He’ll might shine them up every time he shoots.
One tweak for the Ranchtang might be a change in the tuning for the engine so you're throwing coal even MORE. As it is, you're only coaling when you bounce the throttle, if it could be setup so whenever your foot is on (or almost on) the floor it's blowing black smoke . . .
It was great to actually see this in person, great job Matt!!!
@Mexs 4 did we ask? No.

The Whistlin Diesel vibes in that 1st minute of the video was hilarious! 😂
Congratulations on the win Matt and loved that glow. You have officially found your car.
With the bench tops you should lightly burn the wood and then seal it. Highlights the grain and will go good with your grey and black and white combo.
The Cleetus+Demo collabs are absolutely top tier content. You guys are both so rad. Thank you!
The Impala seems kinda cursed to break down every time :P
And the Ranchtang with the red hot glowing pipe just looked badass, congrats on the win^^

Stain and seal for sure. A dark mahogany or ebony stain would look great with the walls.
When I saw the title I just thought man! Matt is just destroying everything lately! 🇺🇸
Oh man I have never had so much goose bumps over something car related for that long, that burnout part was epic. That ranch tang is so cool with that diesel engine in it, the sound of sheer power.
Almost teared up with everyone singing the national anthem while showing the flag with the burnout dually. That was 100% class! If the crowd would have yelled “Let’s Go Brandon” after my tears would have watered down my coffee.
I also say don’t change the look of the wood! Clear seal/urethane all the way!
*One more thing: please never remove Mere operating the hydrolics of the Impala from your outro! Her reaction is so epic! Makes me laugh every time I see it!*
Cleetas- Hey Matt should I buy a abandon racetrack,,,, MATT- Hell yes brother go for it... Now 3 years later
Sam is legend! They say he can polish a charcoal briquette into a diamond......5 minutes....tops!!! Congrats!
Paint the cabinets and counter edges RED, maybe grey trim on the doors, and just seal the counter surfaces. You'll thank yourself for having lite natural wood counter tops in the shop.
You should make a deal to buy his other lot then have a nice 1 bay with a loft for the old guy to just tinker whenever he wants, plus he might give you a good deal if you do that
Just seal the wood , love the simple look with the dark in the back ground it’s brings out the light in the room
You can tell Mere really enjoys car events 😂
Seeing the work on Matt's various properties and buildings is WAYYYYY more interesting than anything car related. Love cars just not really into Matt's taste in vehicles. Been here for many years but these days the property videos content is the best.
the edit at 22:17 is nuts with the national anthem and everything it gave me goosebumps
Whoever edited this video did a great job it was awesome...
Dude you had friggen smoke, rubber, and sparks flying everywhere! well done. Also the damn red hot engine lol.
Char the workbench first with a torch than seal! I think it would look freaking awesome IMO
It was epic once again. You had to be there. Great job Matt!
I agree , just seal it. (Nike). The contrast would be better with the light on dark. Normally I would say stain it dark.
Stain is best for workbenches as it penetrates the wood so chips and scratches remain protected while the paint chips and leaves exposed bare wood.
Nothing makes me feel patriotic like these watching these burnout competitions. God bless America.
thats another reason i love my yota easy to work on. and its all metric! i can take my whole truck apart with a 10mm- 19 mm socket set.. and a 35 mm for center tire hub
That was a Badass burn with the RanchTang,, Thanks Mere for sponsoring Matt..
I say burn them with a torch, then seal them. That way the black lines will blend in with the black walls! Very cool and different look!
Next burn out you need a strobelight on the top of the stang! With all that smoke, at night, strobelight going crazy...epic!
Matt you got a legit belt you can hang on the mantle. Nobody can take that away. LEGIT AF brother!
I’d use Cabot’s Australian Timber Oil, honey teak is my favorite color. It stains and seals them and leaves them with a natural shine, it’d look great
Great job Matt, great Job Holden Bro's, and Mr. Sam for the polishing job
