For that video I was using the numark NVii great budget controller imo 700$. 4 channels and you can practice working with the screens on the deck instead of looking at your pc!

So I recorded the routine into serato and took that recorded file and loaded that into one of the decks and then OBS recorded the waveform that was in the player inside of serato if that makes sense. Then just cropped and blended that footage on top of the actual footage of the routine
