It would be awesome if you did more playthroughs, and I get why you don't, but you are a fun guy to watch in terms of watching people play games. I think it'd be cool/funny/interesting to see you play through the resident evil series or something.
Also about The Thing; the blood tests ARE in fact useless when used on others, however when another player is freaked out, one of the ways to calm them down is actually using it on yourself/others which will in turn calm everyone down a bit. They don't work that way for you though, because as you've experienced, they don't actually work. I would suggest playing through the whole game as well, as it was very well put together. I would suggest playing it on PC though, its much easier to play.
If you're looking to expand your horror PS2 game collection, definitely pick up Manhunt and Manhunt 2. It's basically a series of games based on you being forced to act in a snuff film. There's a lot of gruesome stuff in it, but overall, it's a great and creepy game. Manhunt 2 even had a scene in it that was so horrifying that Rockstar was forced to recall all copies and blur out the offending scene.
Phatal Frame reaally is a great game!! It has a different kind of scary style, ghosts that u cant see without the 'obscura'... I loved that game, and its not an easy game.
Check out Fatal Frame 2, RE 4, Rule of Rose (more dark fairy tale than horror), Haunting Ground, Clock Tower 3, Silent Hill 3, and Manhunt 1 or 2. All are worth checking out. Also, Suffering 1 and 2, good games.
I dont usually make remarks on these things, but you really really really need to play siren. Siren was the most under rated game of all time. everything about Siren is perfect and even though the game is hard to get used to, it's totally worth it. I seriously urge you so much to play it all the way, and all the other ones as well.
Siren doesn't have difficult controls only thing that requires some used to is the sightseeing affect which is the reason i love this game. So original. and did you ever get more horror games? i'm looking for some new stuff.
I just finished Silent Hill 2 for the PS2. It was ok. I did not care for the control scheme and camera angle much, but I customized it as best as possible. I definitely prefer first person or third person behind the character as long as the camera does not get stuck behind something that blocks my view. I think if I was younger and not so jaded the game would have creeped me out more, but at this point most scary movies don't phase me. I have a used copy of Silent Hill 3 for another time.
I had The Thing and I was exploring outside with one of my teammates. Since I couldn't find anything, I was headed back to the building when I heard a gut wrenching scream. I turned around, and my teammate was gone, no where to be seen. I don't know if The Thing got him or if he was so scared he blew his head off and somehow managed to hide his body after he was dead. O.o I went looking and there was no blood or a body. Scared the shit out of me.
Actually, there was a 1st person Resident Evil game on PSX called Resident Evil Survivor. If you haven't played it, consider yourself lucky. I definitely agree with you on SH2. It's definitely the best in the series, because the plot is not obvious. At first glance,it doesn't make sense. But like a David Lynch film, it makes perfect sense if you really pay attention.
RE games are good i just recently had the time to finish the RE 4 i bought at the beginning of year cuz i use to have a 360 but broke down after the 10 time getting it fixed lol so sold it and got a ps2 again and replayed the games i loved including RE, and Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3.
@Zaranyzerak not a big of a genre to begin with? what about the resident 4, playable on ps2 and silent hill the room? i can list out a tonne of horror games on the ps2 system dude. Nevertheless, nice collection of games there dude =D, makes me hella jealous.
Bloodrayne was released in 2002. Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle of Flesh is a Windows PC game that was made by a woman named Roberta Williams and it was released 1995, its filled with fuck and shit words, blood, gore, s/m, and lots more!
"The Thing..." I don't know why I never bought that game when it came out. I always looked at the game in the stores thinking it looked cool. Might have to look for a used copy. It's probably dirt cheap now.
@Zaranyzerak I guess he asked how to spot an illegal/unlicesed/pirated game disc, because there are some that look identical to real ones.... You can spot that by 3 things: 1. Originals have some kind shiny sticker with PS logos 2. There are PS logos on the other side of the disc itself 3. Older discs are purple :)
Maybe someone can help me.... Im looking for this one game, I thought it was for the PS2, but Im just not sure at this point. It was like Cold Fear as in you were also on a boat and there were monsters and things you had to kill. I dont remember much about the game I just remember that in the opening cutscene you were dropped off on the boat by a helacopter, then it gets the shit blown out of it by a rail gun, and then the game starts
All the way back in the early 1980s I was so creeped out by the movie "The Thing" I got the willies just thinking about playing the PS2 game. No thanks.
You should really get Silent Hill 3. For some reason i like it alot better than Silent Hill 2. Mostly because it's more rewarding to play-thrugh the game a few more times due to unlockable costumes and weapons. Also had better voice acting and graphics too. PLUS it' a sequel to the First Silent Hill witch is awsome because thats the only actual sequel.
@ShuKurusugawa why they always say haunting ground is like rule of rose it does'nt have connection for me yes they both use dog for atacking but the story and picture a not the same i like haunting ground more than rule of rose -_-
i have all the game u show and siren on the ps3 is a different story to the fist one and taken place thirty year after the frist one and it a american cast of player that u play it just on the same island
the silent hill series kicks ass
Hey., Thank you for your collection, i saw some cool looking games. :D
It would be awesome if you did more playthroughs, and I get why you don't, but you are a fun guy to watch in terms of watching people play games. I think it'd be cool/funny/interesting to see you play through the resident evil series or something.
like a child i laugh at your weird facial expressions and gestures! xD
@Zaranyzerak I now have a flash of Mac from Super Troopers waving the state police buh-bye from his patrol car. How I love that film!
Also about The Thing; the blood tests ARE in fact useless when used on others, however when another player is freaked out, one of the ways to calm them down is actually using it on yourself/others which will in turn calm everyone down a bit. most epic intro ever :)) :)) :))

I haven't played any of the Silent Hill games but I thought that the movie was highly underrated. Even if Pyramid Head did remind me of MDK :)

You've never played horror until you've played Fatal Frame.
@Zaranyzerak Thank you.
siren blood curse is very creepy and i agree it has veeeery wierd controls
Ohh Excellent!
You should try Resident Evil 4. It's not scary, but it's a lot of fun and much easier than the early RE games.
i finished resident evil 4
I'll admit I can only play so much SH alone until I save for another day..
silent hill games RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Zarayneak how do u record ur viedo games and show us with a special cord or what
the only one i have of horror is clock tower3 but i love it haha
you should play Fatal Frame 1, 2 or 3. Its really creepy at the same time scary.
hey have u ever played any of the suffering games?
@Zaranyzerak not a big of a genre to begin with? what about the resident 4, playable on ps2 and silent hill the room? i can list out a tonne of horror games on the ps2 system dude. Nevertheless, nice collection of games there dude =D, makes me hella jealous.

y love blood rayne the most fantastic game horror ever!!
"The Thing..." I don't know why I never bought that game when it came out. I always looked at the game in the stores thinking it looked cool. Might have to look for a used copy. It's probably dirt cheap now.
Is Silent Hill kind of like A Nightmar on Elm Street? :O
@sakurafan771 i thought about getting rule of rose but if it's like haunting it would be pointless wouldnt it?
@sakurafan771 i havent played haunting ground yet how scary is it?
@Zaranyzerak oh.. i dint notice. my apologies then.
@Zaranyzerak I guess he asked how to spot an illegal/unlicesed/pirated game disc, because there are some that look identical to real ones....
You can spot that by 3 things:
1. Originals have some kind shiny sticker with PS logos

Get the remake for Siren, they fixed the control scheme in most ways
The thing was a great movie. I really want to play the game
lolest smiley face ever
HelooOOoou
Silent Hill 2 is one of my favorites
@Tekkenfreek234 based on a guy named James Earl Cash* being forced to act in a snuff film. Sorry about that, had to correct myself there lol.
Always thought that the mechanics of the thing were ahead of his time...
lighter fluid= best sticker removal. better than goo gone and easy to keep handy because having extra lighter fluid handy is also handy in itself.
Maybe someone can help me.... Im looking for this one game, I thought it was for the PS2, but Im just not sure at this point. Your a Silent Hill fan like I am :>
All the way back in the early 1980s I was so creeped out by the movie "The Thing" I got the willies just thinking about playing the PS2 game. No thanks.
I have the GameCube version of Bloodrayne and the Xbox version of The Thing
Did he just say dead aim was the first resident evil in first person? Ever heard of Resident Evil Survivor?
***** Sorry but I don't read comments. You should put an annotation in the vid.
Resident Evil survivor sucked ass, with worse graphics and a horrible storyline
i dont think resident evil dead aim was the first fps as an re game it may be the first re fps on ps2 but the 1st was survivor on ps1 i think
The thing was best thing for me at that time !!!
Super intro xDDDDDDDD
But some of the Silent Hill Games are so expensive and I guess that's because there very very Rare
The Thing is awesome.
thanks for the hd sean

Resident evil dead aim is a sequel to resident evil survivor
@Zaranyzerak dude u should get them there like a mindfuck when u get into the story
@Zaranyzerak My apologies, I should have been clearer. For the PS2. Sorry
resident evil dead aim was not the first in the series to use a first person view. resident evil Survivor was.
how did you know that the cd is an original
Have you ever heard of the game devil may cry?
