Soak, Taunt, Spore and False Swipe. Soak is a useful tool because it can turn any Pokémon into a Water type, which will allow Smeargle to hit Ghost types, and it also allows the beagle to do more damage to Rock & Steel types that resist Normal moves. I also changed the Tera to Ghost so that Normal moves can’t hit Smeargle when Terastallized. I also maxed out its HP and Speed with the Technician ability.
