In all seriousness if your new carter and anders are great since carters mac and odst are great omni tools especially if your new and anders reduce tech cost and time makes it easier to just mess around and try different builds. Cryo also can act as a great backup check against covenent along with the disrupter bomb.
Definitely make warthogs your friend, they are the best unit in the game. Have 4 supply pads on your base+2 reactors then you can pick a unit building like depot or airpad. UNSC is strongest in the late game

Its 30 resources per crate, i think your getting 90 is bescause natural spawning crates have 3 of them so 30x3=90
