This is one of their heavier ones lol. Tatiana is self-taught. She says she practiced the extreme vocals for around 5 years before singing with a band so she has had many years since then to perfect it as well. She apparently finds regular singing and belting more tiring on her vocals than the growling. I guess she has developed very good technique.
Tried to tell you earlier. When done with proper technique it doesn't hurt, do any damage nor require any special recovery.

I recommend a reaction to Jinjer “Captain Clock”. Jinjer Live in Madrid-Captain Clock. Superb sound quality. (Don’t do live at Resurrection Fest-the guitar mix/recording is fuzzy).
It's an anti-war song where they liken invasion troops to trained dogs. Their home town is in the part of Ukraine that was invaded by pro-Russian troops in 2014 so they had to flee to Kiev. They started touring almost constantly after that because they had no home or family contact any more. Their song Homeback off the newest album tells about it.
She’s stated in interviews that she doesn’t train she doesn’t do warm ups before a performance and she drinks and smokes. She also says the growls are actually easier for her than the cleans and if she’s feeling tired she’ll use growls for a clean part:. She’s just not of this world. 👽
This song was written in a 2014, that's year when a war in Donbass region between Ukraine and Russia was broke out. That's native region of Jinjer band, so they had to become refugees.
