  • this car came to me with a PDCC problem related to a pressure valve for the front axle...it came out to be a corrosion problem but the hardest part was to find the components as there was little to no information regarding this issue.
    thanks for watching

Hi, thanks for the video, you helped me a lot to find the block. Maybe you can help me? I have the error valve block rear axle implausible signal, pressure build-up rear axle insufficient High pressure front axle not reached. Do you think I have the same problem as you? I have a Cayenne 957 from 2007 Turbo, it's similar to yours in this video, isn't it? Thank you

      thanks for watching
i would start by testing the valve block and would start with the bypass security valve because you dont have pressure in both axles, but its easy enough to remove and see the connections on the control module, in this case i had several errors and it all went away only by cleanning the connector and its still working perfect today.
      good luck

@@PSICompanyPerformance Okay great thanks for the quick reply, how do I test the valve block? With the program? And the safety valve too? Or do I have to do it differently? Okay I'll clean the contacts first, so the valve block is the same on the 2007 Cayenne 957? Can you show me somehow how to find the safety valve? And do I also test the valve block with the program, right? Can you show me a picture of the valves please?

The valve block contains 3 valves and 2 of them are for the front and rear axel and the 3rd one is the safety valve.
Its easy to figure wich is wich..
Just disconnect one at a time and diagnose the car and it should tell you what valve you have disconnected.
In Autel or Porsche Piwi you can test individual components such as these valves. I guess it depends on what diagnostic machine you are using.
I have done in the past full diagnostics to Cayenne's with Vag Com because it uses so many VW components.
      Hope you can fix it.

@@PSICompanyPerformance Thanks for your help I did a few tests yesterday, first I changed the PDCC container and then did a low pressure test, the error 15642 rear axle pressure was too low and the red error message warning of the chassis system. After I changed the reservoir I also bled the system. What do you mean, what's up with this low-pressure test and the error then comes?

@@bmwdr1304 does your car have hidraulic or pneumatic suspension?
iam just asking because i had a similar situation in my shop a few years ago in a Cayenne with pneumatic suspension and the problem was a small air leak.
Pdcc is to tighten the sway bars and its hidraulic but the code you have it seems to be related to suspension.
