Oh my gods! So I'm on a cosplay app called Cosplay Amino. One of the features when Katsucon was happening was that proposal. The woman is the one who posted about her proposal. She was dressed as Emma Swan and her now fiance was dressed as Captain Hook. I love that Fox caught it on film.
