A lot of people hold a lot of meaning in having a child with their own genes, especially when not being able to reproduce successfully gives them feelings of failure and their body not doing what they feel it's "supposed to do" correctly. I get it's a terrible experience and a difficult thing for some to come to terms with, but... that being said... yeah, I wouldn't have taken it this far 😅
