He first said he did a really good job. Then as his temper went up he got to shabby. I'm glad he lost! The garage has many other people who are willing to abide by the contract & doesn't need his foolishness!!!
What matters is what's in the 4 corners of the contract, any side agreements are meaningless. I don't believe him because if the defendant was on board with the invoicing then he wouldn't have kept asking for the larger deposit.
