Thank you! currently 1 hour 10 on upper body training days and rest days, 30 minutes on leg training days - I do treadmill others do bike, stairs etc and my heart rate has to be 120-150bpm
Amy are you still doing cakes often with the cost of living i know things have changed? I checked your sweet things fb page and wasn't sure if you're still doing it as much. Ive been bingeing on your paperwork vids they're great!
