Joan and Bea understood each other. They knew what made each other tick and how to get into each other's heads. The only miscalculation Bea made was falling for Allie. She let her emotions and caring for others get in the way and that's why Ferguson got her in the end. Ferguson isn't hindered by emotions or attachments. And no Jianna or Doreen don't count as that was fixation not love. People like Ferguson suffer from want of feeling but can't feel anything. That's what makes her different from the rest of them.
This is so true. i love the story of bea and allie. I love them more than in any relationships in wentworth but can't stop thinking that i wish bea never meet allie and fall in love to her. If that's story line happen, maybe she still alive now and maybe she's the one who will finally kill the freak lol. I hate myself for thinking this because i still want allie and bea together. I want them to be the end game. I miss to see them in one frame 😭💔💔💔
I agree with all of that!! Only.. except I think the catalyst to the end fight between the freak and bea was bea thinking allie wasn't gonna make it and wake up. Maybe she knew that if she couldn't kill Ferguson, she would die by her hands, thus trapping her in Wentworth, behind the bars that she hates. Just my 2 cents lol love the show! And your comment 🥰

The evolution of their relationship and feud was amazing to watch
They may have been sworn enemies, but the chemistry between their characters was undeniable. And this video is so epic, btw. The soundtrack, the quotes, the images, and the timing of the ensemble are spot on and couldn't be more perfect. This video would make an awesome trailer or promotional video for the show.

This rivalry is absolutely fascinating to watch - the psychology, the body language, the mind games, and the manipulation. They were so obsessed with one another; it was always going to end with one of them dying at the hands of the other.

I had GOOSEBUMPS the entire duration of this video! The editing is stellar…love the parallels and perpendiculars…especially how you touched on the fact that they both had sort of got empowerment through how they wore their signature hairstyles!

Both of them are badass in their on ways but Bea truly won. I feel sorry for Ferguson. She is brilliant with her conspiracies but that only makes her sick and more importantly a FREAK.

Them two with Franky made what Wentworth is, when they kill them off the show went sour.

I dnt know why they killed her.. I just finished watching season 5 and I am still grieving her. They had so many other directions they could have gone asides killing her.

I think the next upcoming big rivalry will be Vera vs Joan. Season 5 has alluded a lot to this so far (esp how the push & pull between them still resulted in Vera having the conscience to save Joan in S5E11). I think it's great that Vera's character development has come so far.

I truly believe Bea won their rivalry Ferguson literally had all the power, resources and more importantly the ability to simply walk away. Bea was stuck there she had no choice but to fight yet she managed to implant herself so deeply in Ferguson’s mind she became obsessed with her even when she was off of work and home. Bea used what little she had and managed to make Ferguson fail. It didn’t matter how manipulative and calculative Ferguson was me her wickedness trumps all that and Bea knew it! That’s why she sacrificed herself she knew Ferguson couldn’t help but to kill her if given the chance. What’s amazing is it’s not like she hadn’t killed a prisoner before she did so in the past at her past job it’s just….she met her match with Bea.
The 2 best characters of the show gone now is just so boring ..:)
