DIY Dollar Tree Skeleton Makeover 13 Days of Halloween 4: Mummy

I raided the Halloween section of my local dollar tree to make some cheap and easy Halloween dolls. I'm attempting to make 1 per day for the last 13 days of October. Join me (hopefully) every night for the remainder of October!
I also used:
1. Foam hair rollers
2. Foam pencil grips
3. White paper tape (you can also use masking tape)
From around the house:
1. White glue, super glue
2. Paint
3. 1/8 inch pieces of elastic
4. Rhinestones
