Unfortunately I can't do much in this case as there wouldn't be any new evidence to show the ban was incorrect, such as if you were banned for cheating but you weren't. However, sometimes self promo bans are only for a short-ish amount of time, so you might be able to come back after some amount of time.
Not quite yet, it sounds like mobile may be working for the next test, but that has not been confirmed yet. It should be working for the full release though!
Yup, season 4 dropped beta was running for a bit, with more tests coming! While you do need the test role to play, anyone on PC can easily select the role and play!

Try verifying your files, and if that doesn't work maybe sign out and back in.
