I just finished my first stocking here. I am not really happy with it, but I know with more practice it will hopefully improve. I do have one question. I ended up on the opposite direction from what you show in the video and on one side there is a terrible ridge glaring on the stocking. Did I do something wrong? Also, all my tails were on the outside and yours were on the inside. That's what leads me to think I did something wrong. Can you help?
It sounds like you are working it inside out. To make the seam look better you can try the hidden slip stitch or seamless join. I use this technique on my new hat pattern you can check out here ruclips.net/video/xpWyXypmnTU/видео.html
@@mjsoffthehook Okay. So then do I turn my work before working round two? I am not exactly sure how I am ending up inside out. I really need to sit with someone like you to give me lessons on the nuts and bolts. You don't happen to have any videos like that, do you? I know the basics, just not the logistics. Thank you for your response.
@@mjsoffthehook I believe I worked out my own issue. You were right, I had my project inside out. Ooops. See what I mean about logistics. I get a BIG, fat F on that😟😟. Thanks so much for your help. I just finished the mini hat. I am in❤❤❤❤❤❤! My favorite thus far. Thanks again!😊
