I watched just yesterday and guys this movie is phenomenal! One of Alia's best performances till date. This movie has received mixed reviews though. Some people didn't find it good at all, but I don't understand why, because it really was amazing!
people didn't liked it because of the reason which is as follows : 1) Makers made the set a way too grand......I mean c'mon it's like a red light area not connaught place.....that it will be so beautiful......That's not realistic . 2) Alia's personality was not suited for this role.....this role should have assigned to the actresses like vidya balan or tabu . And alia didn't do the good job....it was the dialogues which were so powerful.... 3) Makers didn't knew theirselves that when they have to stop . 4) It was bloody simple....I mean too simple . 5) It's really disturbing to see the innocence getting corrupt...... As such the film was not bad but it is not good either .

When Ajay devgn comes in gangster role nobody even near him as intensity and swag . Sultan Mirza and Malik bhai character always be memorable because of him.
The shamest side of a Nation , which unfortunately exist in almost every society today ....be in streets , online , or even on calls these business goes on ....😓😓😓 But ofcourse most of these business are done against women's Will , who they kidnapped from a young age and sold in those markets .. ..have had abusive childhood , parental misconducts issues , extreme poverty and so on so forth various reason ends up in these hell markets ... .. And what worst is watching the Govt doing nothing about it and stays helpless against those Individuals whos running these whole damn human traffickings or market or whatever you like to call it .... .....it's Unblieavable to even imagine we as an human society could go that low and treats one another worst than animals ....even the animals does better than we humans do ...... They are innocent but we are definitely not 😓

There are some people who are fighting for these victims but it won't do anything big until our judgemental society recognises these people as our equals who deserve every right we possess. No use waiting for government, people have to show empathy. If you think it's so bad in our country think about countries whose entire tourism is prostitution.
If anyone reading this hasn't seen the film yet, I recommend it highly. I think it's one of the most well-made Hindi films of all-time, and Alia Bhatt's performance is on ANOTHER level. Thank me later 🤪

I honestly was a bit dissatisfied with the official trailer for the movie because it never established a major detail of the film - ganga was sold to a brothel at the age of 16 by her boyfriend and was a victim of prostitution who then becomes a mafia queen type figure and fights for the rights of women in her district. I thought that the trailer was too cheery and I would have liked for it to show some hard hitting scenes as well as the humor.
For those in India who wants to support Ukraine must remember : 1. Ukraine Sold T-80 Tanks to Pakistan. 2. Didn't said even a single word on Galwan incident. 3. Voted "Yes" for UN interference in Kashmir issue. 4. Voted against India at UNSC. 5. Condemned India when India conducted Nuclear tests in 1998. 6. Their soldiers did atrocities on Indian Kids amidst crisis. 7. Now worst thing they did is captured our innocent students amidst this crisis.

Yeah the trailer doesn't match the tone of the movie itself. It's def hyped up. The movie is much more complex and somber.
