Start believing in god (it’s still your choice) believe in whatever religion you want and you’ll see slowly your mental health will get better cuz you get mental peace by nature and god. Last year i work at a shop selling drinks and just beside the store is a buddist who sells crystal bracelet, fortune telling and tarot card reading. Every morning he will play this chant on his speaker, i somehow get used to it and find it so calming. One day he fell sick and didnt open his store for a week, i m close to him by the time so we talk like besties everyday but when i didn't hear this chant in the morning i was all of ansudden cannot stay calm so i message him how is he doing and after he told me he is okay im somewhat relieved, and i did ask him for this chant and where can i find it, he gave me a link on youtube and i played this on my shop every morning since.. sadly my shop got closed down and moved else where.
Still i found this chant and played this whenever i need inner peace and calmliness.
I do meditation now around 4am before i do any work after. This really helps me keeping my positivity and peace through out the day.
Im a Christian by the way and i see no harm chanting this while meditating.

Even though this has almost completely gone, I still can't get over the resentment even though I want to for the past experience is too bitter and it hunts like ghost. I am a hindu and as a true Sanatani should, I respect all religions, and I have a special respect to Buddhism. I'm a new mother, my baby is just of 1 month. I was suffering from postpartum depression. I was confused whether I love my baby or not, I lost my appetite and started to feel lonely and sad.
Then I heard this mantra and motivated myself that I should limit my expectations, this baby is mine and I have to raise him with lot of joy and laughter.. Now slowly I'm gaining my confidence. I'm happy now.
And yeah there might be lot of ups and downs but we both will pass all the situations with laugh and happiness.

A mantra to purify the mind. It brings me back to the originality of life and remember that life is an illusion. When everything is taken away, it will be very alright. I have worked hard in my life with the help of Buddha who has never failed in providing advice and curing my physical discomforts without medication when i meditate in front of him. I have quickly switched over to a spiritual life after doing what I need to. Currently, I am meditating to leave freely as a free spirit one day. I am seeing how time has changed some of the people around me. I am in a state of urgency to help to relieve their sufferings and make them understanding about life. So I am watching on youtube the teaching on "Discovery of Buddhism". 🔯💖✔👍
It means the jewel is in the lotus.. Just like lotus grows in pond which is not good water, so on its leaves there is dirt but when the dirt is cleared you clearly will see the jewel in the lotus, the jewel will shine.. In the same way, all those negative emotions like anger, hatred, jealousy, attachment, ego etc within us when they are removed, we will see the jewel inside us (the last word hum is wisdom)

Edit: Dear friends, I don't know as to why are we even fighting on this topic. The only thing I wanted to say was that I believe Buddha's teachings, though I'm an atheist. For me, he is not a God. Even Buddha never mentioned about God anywhere. The world is getting trapped into fragmentation. Unknown of what it is heading towards. Yet let me tell you, it's going to be null. For this is what the real world is. I wish I could live in an unknown world. Away from all pains. I wish this comment section was full of positive vibes but it turned out to something really mournful
