If I had an apartment like that I would want a door between it and the elevator too. Would have been kinda weird for the elevator to just dump out into the main living area IMO.
If no one else has mentioned or figured out this apartment is from Edward (Richard Gere) to Vivian (Julia Roberts) in Pretty Woman, with the pun on the name Gerard Rich lol 😆

House Flipper vid = satisfying 30 minutes
I love this series so much. It made me decide to buy the game and I've gone back and started the whole house flipper series from the beginning. it's so interesting to see the growth of not only the game itself but of Trev's playing and learning how to decorate. I actually really liked the gold with the cool orange color in the entrance area. The guy's last name is literally rich. he said go big or go home, bring on more gold accents!
This series has been really enjoyable and I've loved watching the long episodes too.

Instead of the second living area off to the side, I'd turn that into a nice bar with good access to the patio right there. Also with the front entrance, stop trying to make everything black or white; dark brown furniture with some gold trim would have looked great with the beige walls.
