Mostly the Light Between Oceans (which incidentally is the movie where Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander fell in love, they are now married in real life) , but also clips from Perfect Storm, Tomb Raider (reboot), The Snowman, In the Heart of the Sea, the Lighthouse, and Hunger

The main one is "The Light Between Oceans" with Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender, the ship footage came from "In the Heart of the Sea", the girl in the ocean is from the new Tomb Raider reboot, some of the Fassbender footage is from "The Snowman" and "Hunger", a couple brief clips from "The Perfect Storm", and the darker lighthouse footage from "The Lighthouse" (2016) Of note, Fassbender and Vikander actually are married in real life and they met/fell in love while filming "The Light Between Oceans" so it adds a bit more realism for this I think :-)
