At first glance, Ted Lasso's Rebecca Welton - the successful new owner AFC Richmond, a premiere UK football team - is aloof, confident, and, as her future best friend Keeley (Juno Temple) says, "an intimidating, very tall woman."
But as season 1 unfolds, we learn that underneath her poised façade, Rebecca - brought to exquisite life by Emmy nominee Hannah Waddingham - is still reeling from her marriage to AFC Richmond's former owner, Rupert Mannion (Anthony Head), who really did a number on her self-esteem.

She plays one of the most interesting characters with such grace and kindness
This is the BEST one-on-one interview I’ve seen of a Ted Lasso cast member. The interview looked FUN, the interviewer was SINCERE and asked SMART questions. You could tell she actually watched the show and appreciated Hannah and her character. Bravo

It's amazing how I've never seen or heard of Hannah Waddingham before Ted Lasso. But she's amazingly graceful, beautiful and so affable.
The same here. Became the biggest fan in about 2 weeks. She does an interview with Seth Meyers that just beyond great! The interviewer here asks great questions and Hannah gives really sincere answers. I just feel the interviewer missed an opportunity to delve further, because she had a list of questions to get to. Good interview, could have been great

I just binged the first season yesterday. HOLY S*** not only is this show brilliant, but Hannah is phenomenal!!! She is insanely talented and dynamic!!! I feel bad this is the first I've come across her, but I'm so glad I did!
