Great video, found it great but seems a major job to strip this device down! I have been reading online that these type of issues are quite common with the Mila which is a little concerning. I am working a video review and will be sure to include this video URL so other people with broken Mila's can do something similar.
Hey Mila, just consider how many of your customers can’t do this and are throwing away their units, causing waste, people’s time troubleshooting, and obviously money. Should do a recall and salvage your brand’s goodwill.
I would never buy this brand ever again. I have 6 and 2 got replaced under warranty and another 2 just died (no power). After watching your video I won't even bother taking it apart LOL
They also did a change with the sensors on the 2 replacement units, compared to the original oness they never actually detected certain levels correctly so never cleaned the air the way the 2 new ones did. Very annoying.
