Happy they are building downtown and midtown but i hope they pump some money into the hoods like Mack, Jefferson, Fenkell etc that would bring back people who left.
Still too many lots and rough looking buildings downtown. Mainly in the district Detroit. Would like for more to be done there to make the city more full looking

The difference between 20-30 year's ago in Detroit is absolutely amazing I think it's far to say the city is back and living well 😀 🎉❤

Starting May 23rd their starting new construction over by Henry Ford hospital near the lodge and W. Baltimore.

Have you heard anything on the Emagine Theater being built downtown?
The old Fine Arts and Adams Theater in Grand Circus Park would be a good spot for Emagine. The scaffolding is currently holding up the facade.
