It's already required 10 hotfixes for crashing and bugs, R18 required 6 and that was mocked as the worst of all time so you can imagine how bad R19 development was. Also, they have begun implementating full blown balance changes which is not what the 1.02+ is for, Masterleaf just put in all his own preferences and disregarded the pro community, we are already seeing major balance issues that he is trying to pretend don't exist.
