In my experience it is safe, especially now. As with anywhere you travel to, I would check in with locals to make sure you are taking the safest route. All of the places I share are usually tourist spots that are safe. I have never felt unsafe here. Traffic on the other hand especially during Christmas is brutal 😅 but you come to expect it 🤣
