@@gregwoolliscroft6255 mum and I went together to see Anthony in Annie in Melbourne and also a CD launch and luncheon in the city, no singing in luncheon, he chatted, answered questions, I bought his CD. If you bought the CD he signed it and if you bought your camera you could have your photo taken with him, haded my camera to photo taking person, I didn’t realise until I looked at my pic, I’ve got my hand on his shoulder lol. I remember mum saying something funny to him and he laughed. He was so natural and relaxed, he didn’t seem like a celebrity, just a nice lovely man. When I think about it now, I can’t believe how relaxed mum and I were standing either side of him as he sat at a table signing the CD. must go through my CDs to see which one it is. Late 90s, early 2000s I think. I should have been awe struck, he made us and everyone feel relaxed. A really lovely gentleman.
I love Christmas, too. And I love his performance! My favourite version is that by "Celtic Woman" and some versions of the solo members... But I love Anthony's version The hair? He alsways had hair... until he had a chemo... He had cancer some years ago...
Magnificent Truly beautiful.I have just discovered Anthony.His version of Bring him home just surpasses Colm's.What amazing talented singers Australia has produced in He and Philip Quast
Anthony Warlow is always a favourite, an Australian treasure and a lovely man. I was lucky enough to see him with John Farnham & 'Our Livvy' in The Main Event Tour in Sydney 1998. They are sparkling memories. Thank you.
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I have been looking for this for years - I heard this song for the very first time, when Warlow sang it as 'Carols and I knew I was hooked for life. Fantastic!
Thank you so much...b/c of your upload, I have this nostalgic, faithful tune to make my Christmases even more magical with one of my favorite performers. :)
You don't happen to have his performances of 'Silent Night' (in German and English) and 'The Little Drummer Boy' acapella with the cast from 'Annie' do you? I think it was from either the 99 or 2000 carols. I can't track them down anywhere and they were fantastic, particularly 'Silent Night' when he sings the "Son of God, Loves pure light" part
Anthony Warlow is an amazing vocalist. I saw him on Broadway years back and he's even more impressive and his voice so powerful in person.
lucky you..I've been a fan for years...

Though the chubby snoozing baby at 2:05 isn't digging Warlow, I am. Crazy good technique. Wish the mix was't burying him through the last verse.
This video had 10.874 vews and NO dislikes! Ha!
Anthony Newley
This performance ruined, for me, this carol being sung by any other man. I remember this moment, I remember being moved to tears.... just like now
Wow! In addition to being an awesome singer, he’s a hot dude, could be an Abercrombie and Fitch model!
You're welcome :)
@MCSLongIsland Totally agree!
The 4 who voted down must be Taylor Swift fans.
Takes me back ....
