- There were some weird ones in this batch of mystery rocks... Can you guess them all?
This video is not sponsored. However, I did receive this package for free from Rough Stone Rocks. I've purchased tumbling rocks from them with my own money in the past (check out the unboxing linked below!) and highly recommend them based on those experiences. I'm committed to always giving my 100% honest opinion of products regardless of whether I'm paid to do so or not, so you can rest assured that this is actually a company I like, a product I use, and something I'd recommend to a friend.

I've tumbled shungite. It made the best blackest slurry, but does end up being pretty matte. Mine have a slight sheen, but they aren't shiny. they looked really cool. Some have a gold vein in them.
If you google shungite tumble they look really really shiny, I wonder how they get that kind of results...
@@neronoid I think if you use a vibratory tumbler they can get shiny, just not with a rotary.
I LOVE rocks. Always have. I found you while looking for a way to polish some rocks my kids & I found 30 years ago. Now I walk around looking at rocks wondering how they would look after being tumbled. Buying a rock tumbler for myself for my birthday. Love your channel. 💕
That is a good idea!!! Good luck tumbling and happy birthday (when it shows up).
@@d4r4butler74 💕Thanks!
I hope you've been able to start a batch and it's going well! I am on my very first batch now and I'm really excited!
Can you try tumbling broken ceramic pottery/plates? I always find a bunch whenever I go to the beach and was wondering how it would turn out in a tumbler. A fun experiment to try out!
Oooh!! Or broken china dishes!! 😊💕💕
I can actually answer this. My cats are on occasion horrible and break shit, this obviously includes ceramic things (Including a mug that I really really liked. Shitheads.) When they do this, I then break the item up to use as media. It actually comes out pretty cool, I'm planning to keep a couple pieces of mug from my current batch.
@@Steelerebecca92 bad kitties! Bad! Thanks for the answer.
Shungite! I recognised it from the thumbnail, I live in Karelia where it comes from ❤ Shungite is so beautiful when polished, it's very popular here
Even a local cat litter producer puts a small shungite stone in their bag 😂
People say it can purify water and make it drinkable for a few hours, I never risked to try though
It definitely is possible to tumble shungite. I have some tumbled shungite but it does end up being more matte
You gonna show us that rock under a UV light in another video? 👀 Cause a UV reactive rock sounds cool.
I forgot 😫 I want to do a video all about UV rocks soon, though, so I’ll make sure I include it in that one!
I can’t get enough of your channel. I find your enthusiasm and commentary so enjoyable.
I’ve put a rock tumbler on my wish list. ❤
Love you two ❤️
Thankful for the smiles and giggles!
ROCK CHARADES! Well, almost! You both are hilarious!! 😁👍🏻🪨⛏️
You and your husband are a joy🤗 Love that you guys can share a passion together.
I am loving the joyful chaotic energy
4:25 Forbidden marshmello 👀
This probably wouldn’t turn out well, but have you tried tumbling pyrite before? Maybe it could be one of your fun experiments
Ok, I just looked up Shungite.
That rock is absolutely amazing, especially for something looking this dull.
Its 99% carbon and contains Fullerenes (also known as Buckyballs).
Those are molecular Carbon spheres. I had no idea those occured naturally!
with a name like corundum sounds like it would be used to grind things
You guys are so much fun. 😁 Love the outtakes! I hope you do more! Great video. 👍
I love watching these unboxing videos, they're delightfully entertaining and I never get the rocks right when I guess XD
OMG, your bloopers at the end are so wholesomely funny!
I LOVE getting your longform videos! Literally stumbled onto your channel around Christmas and been a fan ever since!
😂🤣😂🤣 I was practically in tears laughing THEN the bloopers totally did me in!! I LOVE you both and love your channel!! I never imagined rocks could be so entertaining! 😂🤣😂🤣
Larimar is so pretty when its tumbled

I love the videos with your husband in them. He's always ao excited to quiz you about rocks!
It says right on the sticker, it is New Hampshire.
Please do a video on rock tumbling for beginners 😭
Didn’t use the uv light on the tumbled rocks
Wow awesome collection and mail call 🥰👋🏻🤗😍💯👌👍🏻😀
A joy to watch! 😘
I knew that was shungite! 😁
They can be tumbled. Shungite tumbles into smooth black rocks.
It's used in healing rituals.
Did you forget about the potemralds 👉🥺👈
It seems that you can tumble shungite

hi.
Shungite. Excellent to block energy. Protection.

@@canadiangemstones7636 Debatable 😂😂
First comment, I like your videos!
I have those same shungites in the tumbler right now on stage two😳 did you ever get around to tumbling yours? Is it a video up?
