Squad selection looks great and of course Emily as captain will be 100% solid. The mind set of the team is phenomenal and I just love how the finishers put the energy of an entirely committed full 80 mins into however many minutes they get to play. The finishers were hugely impressive against Ireland. You can hear the glee in Brian Moore's voice when 2 of either Hannah, Maud, Amy or Connie come on together as finishers. Mo has insane intensity as a finisher (Wales player in that brutally intense game imploring 'Chill out Mo' says it all) and Ellie is...well, Ellie. Can't wait. Because the Red Roses give Total commitment for the whole game they are winners for the fans whatever the scoreboard says when the whistle finally goes...head and heart both say they'll win, though, so Happy Days!! Total Rugby.
Well done to Emily Scarratt. I helped to start a ladies Rugby team in a very small way some 30 years ago and actually there were always a few ladies with talent but of course not necessarily the size or power to compare to men. Ladies rugby is actually great fun to watch and some of the skill levels are considerable and easily match the men. Emily is a superstar in my opinion and I am very very impressed with this English team. Well done.
The speed of the improvement has been extraordinary with adoption as an Olympic sport, the increase in the playing pool, and the introduction of pro contracts. It’s brilliant that 50% of the population are no longer regarded as weirdos if they want to play rugby.
So lovely to have The Inside Line episodes to look forward to- they're always interesting, fun and informative. On match days the Red Roses brand of Total Rugby gives fans such a buzz so it's great to have The Inside Line to keep that going between matches. Sorry to see Sarah's not able to play against France- apart from being a fantastic player she's a fantastic captain and her interactions with refs are always spot on. Horrible to see Jess and Emily fouled like that and hope they are ok, Leanne too- not good seeing her being leaned on like that and less good still it wasn't picked up by observing the Ireland number 22's unnatural and sustained body position. Wishing Poppy a very speedy recovery.
The Gavin family had a great day watching history at Tigers. England Womans winning. Emily Scarratt's 100 th cap. Now I see the joy behind the scenes. Go win Le Crunch. We will be cheering you on.
@@jonchess8844 Whilst I suspect you are right, I think this is a team like the 2003 WC winners, there are so many leaders in this team who will step up. SHunter will be with the team and will have her input. I think she's being prepared as the next head coach, won't be surprised to see her retire after the World Cup and join Middleton's staff as no2.
I know he's terrible isn't he? His International record is so appalling; all his players obviously hate him and I can't understand why the RFU are still paying him; he should have been sacked long ago!
Best player in the world playing for the best team in the world. Doesn't get much better than that!
Wonderful player, playing in a wonderful team, full of more wonderful players.
My fav team to watch.
they all seem to be lovely people

Fabulous
Love these videos❤️❤️. The loss of Sarah Hunter for the France game cannot be underestimated.
The strength in depth of this squad is such that her replacement will step up to the mark and deliver what needs to be delivered.

True, but its her leadership that will be missed the most, especially against the French.

What is the coach just reading from a book on sporting clichés all wind and water
