very nice, nothing beats a 335; best guitar in the world. Everyone should be given one at birth

i am slightly below average height for a man, the 335 is too bulky. at least i assume, i haven't played one but i've played a Broadkaster and it was too big. my Broadkaster Junior is perfect. so i am VERY interested in trying a 339. also, from tone comparisons on youtube, i like the 339 better. tighter break-up.

Dave, I have had great success dealing with back and hip issues by eliminating all the doctors and spending half an hour a day on an inversion table. You don't have to do a full inversion to relieve the pressure on your spine and hips. Going over just enough to reverse the gravity on your back is enough. After being inverted for 10 minute walk your shoulders back and repeat that every few minutes afterward. I am in inch taller after being on the table for half an hour than I was before I got on it. It takes a few times on the table to get comfortable with the inversion. I go over about 15-20º from level with the floor. Just enough to decompress the spine.

My Dad had a back operation in 1982. He was in hospital for 8 weeks. A mate of mine had the same procedure last year and was disappointed to stay in overnight! Those surgeons now fix your back how you fix guitars - maybe they’ll put the video on their ‘gooched’ channel? 👍

I've dealt with back issues too. I'm 67 suffer from sciatica to leg drop that lasts for days. L1,4,5 S1. Years of lifting heavy PA systems, big screen TV's (the oak cabinets), tool boxes, etc.. Get a tens machine, some ice packs and heating pad. Tens will unlock the muscles then heat and cold treatment. Wear a back brace when lifting and twisting things. Ibuprofen ointment is OTC and should help too.
Great shows Dave. I hope this helps for more of your invaluable lessons!

I think if you do enough injections they will eventually freeze the nerves in your back.I heard it helps. The "normal" injections dont work. They dont do opioids anymore. They cause the pain to be worse anyway.

Leaving all of those loops on the tuning pegs doesn't help with tuning stability. The more loops, the more slack to cause issues. Also, having the string all the way down at the bottom of the tuning peg causes greater break angle at the nut which makes the strings more stiff to play.
