The Onion buys Alex Jones’s Infowars site at bankruptcy auction

Satirical news outlet The Onion has acquired conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’s Infowars website at a bankruptcy auction. The bid was backed by families of the victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting that Jones called a hoax.
