Love your crafts. Next time, you could use a dowel and put it through the large velvet loops of the tree painting, making sure the dowel extends further out so that you an glue the smaller ribbon to the end of the dowel. I did this 40 years ago with a cross stitch I had made for Christmas.
You never fail to impress me and give me inspiration when I watch you create. The last project was awesome. I think even I who doesn't paint very often anymore, could do this tree! Putting the real ornaments on it was genius. I love that you use velvet ribbon. I love both velvet and lace ribbon! The color of this ribbon is really rich and beautiful! I also was worried when you were doing the Santa and Angels and you said you were replacing the blue color. I loved the blue! However, the gold you used turned out gorgeous and I enjoyed seeing the end result. I used to paint tons of ceramics, but haven't picked up a paint brush to do ceramics in quite a few years! When we moved to Tennessee, I found that they don't have ceramic shops to go in and create pieces. Sad!!! 😢😢😢 I guess that's why I miss home! ❤❤❤ I hope you and your family have a blessed Thanksgiving!
