What about as a challenge: “I beat all bosses by perfect parrying them only”? As in you can only perfect parry them, a block, taking damage or dodge means restart. Your damage would be from when they’re in a staggerable state and just any normal damage you can do when the boss has an opening for it Yeah it’d be hard but it’d make you one of the best lies of p players out there since you’d have to learn all bosses to perfection
I genuinely think this would be impossible. The perfect parry timing for some of the bosses, like the swamp monster, are actually borderline bugged. added on top of restarting the moment a fail happens would make this challenge effectively impossible
@@jackofastora8962 nah, the swamp monster isn't bugged at all, I learnt how to perfect parry every attack from him (got the Platinum for the game, learnt the perfect parry fully on NG+)
Mixing light and heavy attacks can be effective depending on the weapon you use. Also if you want to compare the early game bosses in the game to how they used to be the demo is still out there .
Bloodborne as a Mimic? Essientally, when you kill an NPC/Boss, you take everything they have until you kill the next boss. Also, you must keep the weapons at +0 for the entire thing. Bosses: All Human Bosses except Papa Christmas. Cleric Beast, Laurence, the First Vicar, and Darkbeast Paarl. Paper is restricted to Laurence and Paarl. Fire and Spark respectively. Amygdala, Orphan of Kos (Flashbacks), Ludwig, and finally but certainly not least, the NPCS....All of them. Everyone. You also have to look like them to. (This includes Bone Ash boss of Layer 2 of Centeral Pthumeru) Happy Hunting!

15:39 When it comes to King of Puppets and his giant attack, you can stragger him out of it, if you DPS him quickly enough, because I was able to do it in most cases when fighting him. Idk if you could do it with your weapon, since I was using eletric coil's head and having double eletric buff, but I was also able to do it with dex weapon (but it was less consistent). Overall, 1 phase can be easily defeated by mostly staying close to him and parrying him, and with right weapon, it can be speedrun pretty easily.
In case you didn't know,the reason the parade master seems easier than you remember is because after launch, a lot of people complained about the game being too hard so all the bosses got reworked
Should've combined puppet sabre blade part with the Booster Glaive handle Makes the moveset way faster, especially the charged attack, which makes getting the visceral attack way easier
@AccainGaming if the blade is lighter(puppet sabre blade part is one of the lightest blade in the game, while the wintey Rapier blade part is the lightest but only does piercing damage)than the original blade of the weapon handle original blade, the moveset becomes faster generally

you can deal with king of puppets big attack by going under his legs, the attack wont reach there. This wont work with the other 2 attacks that he has that are just like that but not raising his arms. hope this was helpfull

Also I have to ask why did you wait until Victor to get link Dodge it's the first one i always make sure to get first because it's so useful
Gonna say something that might get me lynched but I actually like lies of p more than any of the fromsoftware titles I just feel it’s a step above any of them. The thing that really excels is the story. I would say it’s just a tiny step above the greats of the series Bloodborne and ds3. Even though those were the first ones I played.
Why did the nameless puppet phase 2 cinematic show you having Falcon Eyes, if during the fight you were using the left arm of steel? I asked cause I noticed for the first phase you were giving ye old nameless puppet the good ol pimp slap, and thought it was hilarious, but if I’m seeing correctly during the cinematic it showed the Falcon Eyes legion arm, it’s not important tbh, I just didn’t see much of anyone else pointing out the stylish pimp slap, and had noticed that as well, good job regardless.
The first few attempts I did have falcons eye. After that I had switched to the basic arm but as you can tell by the attempts I decided to skip the cutscene which led to me only having footage of my character having falcon eye and I wanted the cutscene for the ff7 bit

I honestly find the whole tag thing stupid. Souls like, soulsborne, rouge like, rouge light. All of it is just unnecessary labeling. When it can be a lot more simple. At the end of the day it's a game tag, who cares. I have more important things to worry about than knowing all the different game tags people make up

I have a challenge suggestion. Lies of P but you can only use two-dragons sword R2 parries to deal damage (NG+ on this character).
