Pro tip: For intricate details like the red parts on this waffle, I tweak the batter to a slightly thicker consistency so it holds its shape. I stick to regular waffle mix so it’s fuss-free and delicious!
Also, I’m on a quest for natural food colors that won’t fade after baking. Any recommendations? Tried one recently and was disappointed with the outcome.
