I’ve watched this about 10 times, and I still don’t understand what you’re trying to teach us here….??? You say, “Here is a strumming pattern for piano. The progression is: C-Am-F-G”. …. “If we use a different strumming pattern, then the notes of the chord are going to be different”, “but, (you then fumble up a couple of words which can’t be understood as to what you’re saying) “you gotta start with a pattern”… End quote. I really don’t understand at all what you’re trying to teach us here. I see and fully understand its a simple progression, C,Am,F,G, a common progression of the 1950’s used in many old ballads etc.. But then you start to say “If we use a different strumming pattern the notes in the chords are going to be different…. ??? What has the “strumming pattern” got to do with the notes in the chords at all?? I don’t understand. It seems to me any “strumming pattern” could be used while maintaining the same notes. Perhaps I’m just entirely missing the point of this video. I’m actually a guitarist, but have always fooled around a bit on piano/keyboard. What am I not seeing here??? Thanks! JM

Nope. You can use it with any scale.

This pattern will work for thousands of songs. Once you know the chords, you just do this pattern with those chords.

the F the other hand is it G first and then F??
Is this a song?
C Am F G is actually also for heart and soul. a classic duet piano
This is one of the most common chord progressions in modern music
isn't just that the chord progression of heart and soul?
Thanks for your question. I'm not sure what you mean by "just", though.
just means that it really sounds like the chord progression of heart and soul@@MichaelKorman

@@ali_gd_0161 i'm more confussed by him using 2 hands for this progression
Do a 10-day silent meditation retreat. It'll help you get in touch with your body.
My piano teacher would vomit seeing this finger placement. You should use the fingers 1 3 5 here if you don't wanna break your hand

The order of the notes is dependent on the pattern
thats not even a pattern
