1) view --> toolbars
2) You have in the Toolbar Views and the command normal view. Select a plane and click on that command.

Maybe try to create a drafting and export the views as dxf, I'm not sure tho.

I do not handle 7.5 dimension, I think İt is supposed to be different measurement instead of 7.5

Why the cylinder block you to print this part in 3D? You need only the final part to print, no? Not the intermediate steps in creating the part.
