Thank you George for popping round again and putting together this video ‘talk around’ of the tanks. Was good to catch up and talk scapes and problems and I hope this chat helps others in some way either with the knowledge that tanks have algae or with some of the tech used. Thank you for all the positivity from everyone who has commented also, it is much appreciated. Keep on scapin’ 😉💚
Beautiful scapes! I love the rocks and layout of the one on the left most (would love both btw in my house) that 1500 was amazing though! Great job Ady!
Regards the rotala bonsai, I have trimmed it since the video and have noticed that it appears to only produce one new shoot from the cut stem, not two as discussed in the video ✂️🌱👍🏻
Great tanks. Thanks for the video.👍 Ady. What make is your thermostatic mixing valve. I've looked at a few but the lowest set temp is around 38c Do you just reduce the hot flow and keep the TMV set to lowest to set required water temp. Thanks
@@AdyM35 Thanks Ady. A Q's regarding the different tanks sizes you've owned and maintained. Is there a sweet spot you would recommend. I love the idea of two smaller tanks instead of one big one. 👍You've got me thinking 🤔
I’m not sure to be honest. I just trim it when it gets too tall and replant the tops back into the substrate. The lighting isn’t high intensity so it isn’t that.
For me the previous scape is Up there with one of my absolute favourites, so these are cool and ady should be absoulety proud, but the old one was on another level for me ❤️
Hi, one is an ADA lightscreen the other the lightground. They are back light screens with blue to white graded film to give a soft and deep backdrop to the tank. You can get different coloured films for different effects or simply just use the white of the lightscreen if you prefer. They have a manual dimmer function to increase or decrease intensity to suit. Hope that helps :-)
I believe since his plants are growing and producing more like he wants they are taking in more nutrients so he's low on phosphate. Love all the tanks, my next scape I'm really going to try to do a better job and get something close to these. I like the island ones you do George (like last night).
You could be right, I will try adding phosphate supplement although I did try just increasing my fertiliser volume which should have overcome any shortfall.

Wow exciting
Love all 3 but I think the nano might actually be my favorite. Really tough call though. All 3 are fantastic
Great job guys! :D

Something's wrong with your voice. You either overslept or the PEPSI which you drank the previous night stunned you a bit ( the sugar!!! ) . :)
3hrs sleep plus sugar crash, plus I’m old. 😂
wow. what a beautiful scapes. so healthy and lush beauties. every scape is top level. so amazing tour legend. goldy
Kinerum lol like K'inamon (Cinamon) and Bukephalandra 👍
😆

Hi yes, it’s a bulldog tmv. Most have minimum set temperatures but you can reduce it by adjusting the hot cold balance.

Great video! Big tank is definitely my favorite, the stands of Bonsai are so nice.
Also, it’s pronounced “cinereum” like “cinereum”
like a g6, like a g6 kkk this is too millenial George
Love all 3 scapes 🌿
Great video George! I think I would prefer the 1500! Was a gorgeous scape! Not saying I wouldn’t want these three in my house! Haha
Tanks are absolutely stunning but i must say, the big tank is exactly my style. Wish it was mine!
How is it possible to achieve such compact growth on the 'Bonsai' plant? I heard them say that maybe some trimming method encourages this?
I’m not sure to be honest. I just trim it when it gets too tall and replant the tops back into the substrate. The lighting isn’t high intensity so it isn’t that.
Beautiful scapes 👌 really love the 600 though!
That rotala bonsai looks so nice in groups I love it 😍
Awesome tour of Ady’s scapes George, keep up the great work! 😊👍💚
Love this series,
When aquascapers show their setups the video makes itself.
Can you put the name of that filter please? 👌🇵🇹
Fluval g6 and Fluval g3 👍🏻
Very useful this kind of video... each person has his own problems cause aquariums are not the same... like them
Regards
Good video 👍
That rotala bonsai is mesmerising
3 week blackout? I’ve done 3 days for BGA and the plants didn’t look great after that. I’ll try longer this time with a tank full of beard algae. 🙏
Nice work fellas
Does Ady have fondness for iwagumi only, and no driftwoods?
Really beautiful, I love the vibrancy of the colors.
I love these tanks. Just followed adys insta.
Thank you 🙏🏻

And supportive husbands 🙏
Of course 🙌🏻
Can we get some details on the background and background lighting? Beautiful tanks!
Totally Agree! George was one of those who inspired me to make my fish channel!

It definitely helps and thank you again for taking the time to answer questions. YOU ROCK!!!
@@jackyou3145 thank you Jack, happy to help.
Some of the best tanks I've seen this month. Very relaxing.
You are producing so many great videos these days... as always! Thank you for sharing! Cheeri-O! - Little Bobby
Thanks mate, I always appreciate your comments. I hope we meet one day!
The big tank definitely
Hi George , all 3 are superb , but for me it has to be the 900 , all the best , Martin
OMG! The 1500 … stunning!
Where can I see the build of these scapes?
Beautiful scapes.
Yet another great video.
True! George was one of those who motivated me to make my aquarium channel!

@@AdyM35 Yeah i was thinking a bout a phosphate issue aswell
Is the oxygen given off by the plants enough to not need an air pump for the fish?
You don't need an air pump as long as you have a bit of surface agitation and clear surface. That will be enough for oxygen exchange into the tank.
why not just send in a clean up crew of shrimps and ottos?
I do have a small group of ottos and shrimp, all of which typically hiding in the video 🤣
@@AdyM35 Ahh, makes sense. Well, Beautiful tanks! I really like the backlighting, and am now considering it myself
Je, je je , je 😂😂😂
The rotala bonsai really adds to this scape in a very interesting way. The vertical growth pops out against the rest of the tank
