A heads up for anyone else installing this system, don't short cut by tightening 1 screw only before checking timing dynamically, the screws will vibrate out very quickly and take out the pick up.
Not retaining the original ignition means you will be up the proverbial creek when (not if) the Hall effect sensor fails - they always do and always when you’re far from home 😂
