I didn’t think she had or owned a restaurant, she more less worked for restaurants and corporate restaurants and, helped work as lead kitchen staff in restaurants till she was noticed, also a biggest part of why she got noticed was who she was with and, then, her Mom was contracted with Howard Johnson’s, eventually she stated helping her prepare those meals that the served at the buffets and, eventually her sister had join the crew and was doing the desserts.

I have stayed at A Howard Johnson’s motel several times and, as a kid growing up we always loved going to a Howard Johnson’s Buffet that was within distance not far from where we lived, either one in Cincinnati or in Kentucky!
You know experience is the greatest part of being a chef. She worked in restaurants before becoming a professional chef 👩🍳. I think she’s ah great chef. 30 minutes meals helped me with a lot of ideas 💡 how to cook a meal from start to finish and get it on the table ready to eat!

When Rachael first came on I loved her and her show. She was refreshing, relatable, seemed sincere, looked adorable. But then you start getting sick of her cutesy behavior (EVOO), and high pitched voice. After a while she really looked sick, gained a lot of weight and looked like she drank too much. I think she looks better now and has stopped spreading herself thin.
Well, course that’s how she started her career with her mother! But, I have had voice issues all my life and, in fact had my first throat surgery not long after, I was born, I had to have my tonsils taken out, then, when, I get colds my mom couldn’t figure why my voice would be the first thing to go. I eventually had come down with a chronic health disease that caused voice loss and,since, had to have several throat surgeries and, my doctors tell me that, I have to avoid stress at all cost and, sure enough, a lot of times, when, I have to start either talking to someone in person or on the phone, I just can’t control how bad my voice will do. But, I learned one thing for sure, just like the doctors say stress can effect many of things and, it definitely does effect my voice and, how well my speech is for that day!

Those awful huge, boxy, thick glasses frames are the worst thing that has ever happened to eyewear fashion. They look good on absolutely no one!!!
