They lived for Westlife since their very young age, It's 14 years for Westlife.. So dedicated to Westlife. Then there's a time when they thought it's enough, now they wanted to enjoy doing their individual activities (for example spending more time with their family), so that's why they decided to disband. It's not like they hate Westlife. Nope, they said Westlife gave them many unforgettable memories. Maybe they just wanted to do something new beside Westlife 😀
