It stopped working after using it less than 20 times. I used it sparingly since it is an underachiever in every area. The blender is weak; the cooking cycle is short, and the cleaning is difficult (the picture is too heavy and cannot be immersed in water, etc.). Unfortunately, the warranty is only one year, and I bought it over two years ago. So, the company did not replace it for free and not even for a discounted price, even though the tech support rep asked me to show the unit in a video; when she was able to see it, it still looked like a new blender (not beaten up). Not recommended.
