A friend purchased one of these, so I tried it out, three things I think is important, the ease of placing on arm, the charge-ability of unit, and the accuracy. Obviously if you cannot get it on your arm and in the correct position, all bets are off. This one is the easiest to install and get in the correct position it doesn't have a clip you have to center and yank around you. It charges via USB on your computer or in the wall. I had an EMT suggest it was accurate, so a blind test of three people in the office revealed he had gotten the same results. I thought that was pretty good. As for the price, well I hate that but considering everything I will buy one next...
Hi Eric - thanks for doing a test on that BP monitor. Since you're a Pro on BP did you compare the with a manual bp-tester? I heard quite alarming things about all these electronic testers.
The one I tested was accurate. I compared it against my manual one. But I only took my blood pressure three times with it too. So long term reliability is unknown.

Does it squeeze your arm. People who have seizures can not have anything sqeezing their arm for three minutes. Was it under a minute?
