Because Shulz is clearly uneducated on the topic: 1. India's GDP varied between 25% and 35% of the world's total GDP, more than all of Europe combined. It dropped to 2% by the time Britain departed India in 1947. 2. When exiting, the Empire purposefully destroyed the handloom industry in India as textiles were their primary export. They literally broke people’s hands and machinery so they couldn’t produce textiles anymore. 3. When you talk about England wanting to “defend their national identity” - think about how many commonwealth countries were involved in stopping them from speaking German: “During the war the British Empire and Dominions raised a total of 8,586,000 men for military service. More than 5 million came from the British Isles, 1,440,500 from India, 629,000 from Canada, 413,000 from Australia, 136,000 from South Africa, 128,500 from New Zealand and more than 134,000 from other colonies.” 4. Post WW2, UK had a severe labour shortage. The British government actively invited people from the Commonwealth to come and work. My grandma in Pakistan received a letter addressed from the Queen asking her to come to Britain, with the promise of job opportunities and being welcomed by the British people. 5. Instead of being welcomed, a lot of immigrants faced terrible racism when arrived. They persevered through terrible living and working conditions, racism and shitty British weather with the sole vision of giving their children a better life. 6. As well as playing a massive role in literally rebuilding Britain from the rubble, many immigrants built close knit communities within the areas they moved, in particular northern England where most factories were located. Can you blame them for sticking together and wanting some home comforts and reminders of home, when faced with such racism and poor conditions? Hope this helps!
This is unsubstantiated nonsense. The idea that indians or jamaicans rebuilt britain is actually nonsense.. the country was still over 90% white and many of those immigrants werent in full time works so what exactly were they rebuilding? Exactly nothing. part of the reason why indias gdp dropped is due to Britain going through the industrial revolution propelling it so far ahead technologically that it took over the global market. I've always enjoyed the show and found Akaash and Andrew to be insightful. However, I’ve noticed a stark contrast between European and American education systems. I understand they're comedians, so some exaggeration is expected, but a few points were really off the mark. It reminded me of the Trump vs. Kamala debate-many outside the U.S. follow American elections closely due to concerns about someone like Trump gaining power. What puzzles me is their comment that Fox News "might" be biased. The reality is that many Americans don’t realize Fox isn’t even legally allowed to call itself news. They also quoted people like Tucker Carlson, who, in a defamation case, literally used the defense that no reasonable person would believe what he says. Andrew did make a valid point about the UK protecting its British identity, but the current issue isn’t with Europeans living in the UK. It's about groups with more regressive cultural practices, particularly from third-world countries, who try to impose outdated beliefs on British society. This includes serious concerns, like the cases of certain groups involved in the sexual exploitation of British women. The show is still great, but I feel like they could benefit from having someone with an international perspective, perhaps someone educated abroad, to provide a more nuanced understanding of topics outside the U.S. Some of the gaps in knowledge are surprising at times.
Yea.... Mark should be replaced. He says some stupid things most of the time that just throw me off. Alex....he barely has enough to say and Aakash only sometimes stands up to Andrew. I'VE WATCHED THIS SHOW A LONG TIME. However, they do need a few more educated perspectives on the show.

I find it ironic that 4 men are sitting there saying she has no policy. for example, if they were women, they would all understand how deeply uncomfortable it is that Roe was cancelled recently... and they'd be talking a whole lot about the need to protect womens reproductive rights... which Harris takes a very strong public stance on. this is one of the many things she had a very vocal stance on 🤷♀. Unfortunately, the folks who lose the most in this scenario are families who are having problems conceiving children and then can't get normal medical care when doctors/hospitals face legal threats for saying "hey this baby is definitely not viable, lets terminate it and remove it". its creating chaos for normal families... for what...? all to satisfy a group of hyper-religious people who should have no say in other people's lives to begin with.

Because Shulz is clearly uneducated on the topic:
More than 5 million came from the British Isles, 1,440,500 from India, 629,000 from Canada, 413,000 from Australia, 136,000 from South Africa, 128,500 from New Zealand and more than 134,000 from other colonies.”
"Asians" Have been heavily involved in mass sexual assaults of white children since entering the country and per capita are highly overrepresented including the mass cover ups by the state and police due to fear of being called racist.
FACTS! thanks @reyahmed86 saved me the time! Respect 👊 They literally CUT OFF people’s hands (in the textiles industry) so they couldn't teach and pass on the skills to the future generation, by showing them how it was done.

Keep coping buddy
😂😂😂😂😂 Excuses.
It's likely you have biases preventing you from listening to both sides, so here's a quick summary of what I got from the debate. I'm no genius, just slightly more attentive, apparently.
1. Tax breaks for entrepreneurs and small businesses
2. Tax credits for families and low income people
3. More gun ban bs
4. Wants to pass bipartisan border security bills and I think she mentioned continuing to build that wall lmao
5. Healthcare - wants to lower drug prices.
6. Abortion - obviously she doesn't want states to control a woman's decision to have a child.
7. Foreign policy is very vague - but she said she wanted strengthen U.S. global leadership, and implied that we should continue to compete with China and maintain a defense budget.
8. Address the housing crisis through removing "red tape" that prevents construction, 25,000 down payment assistance. I think she mentioned a program about building directly building homes too.
8:52 so you admit she didn’t answer any political questions, was juss trying to annoy him…while trump was trying to say her and her party been in charge and why haven’t things changed.
you sound hurt
@@atutor1 🤡
She avoided all the questions and never got called out on her lies. You think because she baited him into getting frustrated that somehow she won. She is a Marxist like her father and she is Indian until it suits her to be black. She is the border czar who never went to the border.
But you will not look at facts it's the one thing Dems are afraid of.
Triggered ?
I like how Alex does ask Andrew the difficult questions and doesn’t just agree with everything he says
I love when Alex or Mark does that
comparing 3 years + her time i cali (doing nothing) to the debate last night claiming trumps did “nothing” is sincerely laughable
What did Pence do? What did Biden do under Obama?
Exactly, You have no idea.
The vice president doesn't do much.
What did trump do before huh? Make a reality TV show lol. And bankrupt multiple CASINOS with daddy money. Get outta here. Do some fucking teachers before you climb back to your billionaire cult leader.
And as eyerolling as she is. She still made him look ill-equipped 🙄.
Not a huge trump guy, but you guys are so off base here. What you're saying is true, but you guys are making it way bigger than it is. I give it a score of 28-21 kamala. You guys are acting like she won 48-0.
Excellent point, if there was ANY pushback on Kamala's nonsense perception would be completely different.
1:22:14 aged like milk
What "first 20 min" did you watch?!?
LMAO
It was over at the handshake. 😂😂😂
Damn Dems are so lucky they got Biden outta here or they’d be cooked in November
Country over party
True. I was furious and confused at the fact they almost went with Biden or Trump. Like how can you have 2 candidates BOTH being so bad.. Atleast Harris seems competent unlike the other 2.
@@therisingsun4828 Oh please tell that to the Trump supporters. I FULLY agree with you, but it SEEMS like they would rather have Putin as their leader than ANYONE from the democratic party. Which is insane to me.
@@nimmha6708yeah it’s pretty insane when a Russian president has more American values than a supposed American.
@@Yawefas-Ugly That's nonsense. You don't know who Putin is if you believe that.
is akaash ok? he looks like he 50 years old
3 vs 1
2:09:50 - As a Mexican who's family is racially diverse, racism doesn't exist in Latin America like it does in the U.S. in my experience... we're all just people & no one's hyper-fixated on skin color like Americans are... Classism is a thing though, rich vs poor type shiii, that's a real thing in Latin America.
Wait till Andrew realizes there's fish in the river. 🤣🤣🤣
Andrew is very skills and precised and plus know how to express himself. He is explaining evey bit , every part, every corner of this situation with all nuances, all shades.
