Hello, Chef RV. Ginawa ko pa lang ang embotido. Halos sinunod ko ang recipe dahil iba ang ingredients na meron ako. 50-50 ground beef-pork ang ginamit ko. Imbis na 1/2 cup onion, 1 cup ang inilagay ko dahil wala akong pag gagamitan ng tira, 1/2 cup half-and-half, at nilagyan ko rin ng 1/2 cup each of Vienna sausage and smoked ham. Ang sarap! Medyo matamis lang sa panlasa ko dahil siguro sa dami ng sibuyas. It's a keeper! Thank you for taking the time to teach us.

Excuse me.... never wash ground meat.... the nutrients will be wash away. Did you not learned it from school that we wash meat before cutting therefore, we don't wash meat after grinding. Whatever germs in the meat if you cook it above 20 minutes will be killed.

Excuse me.... never wash ground meat.... the nutrients will be wash away. Did you not learned it from school that we wash meat before cutting therefore, we don't wash meat after grinding. Whatever germs in the meat if you cook it above 20 minutes will be killed.

In wrapping butido, I will not use plastic wrap cause when it's boiled it may melt and it on the meat...not advisable
True. Baka heat resistant ang gamit nya. Pero di pa din ako comfy na may plastic.
