Actually i think the monitor takes a second to show the desktop because of its powersaving :) I cant disable it. Same thing with showing the bios, its more visible there. Anyway, i think its good result. Had 12 sec on Win8./ Dont remeber if it was coldboot or restart.
Thats Mechanical Hard Disk, you can lower it with my script or use G-Booster paid version. Also for mechanical Disks you can defragment the registry & some other parts fo your OS. Iobit Defragmenter has good options.
