@@kevinwong9656 Which level?🤨.He should remember that it is we that hyped him and gave him all that support, even at his club side. We go to their club platforms and protect them. Our media kept pushing these useless players. Without our support nobody really knew them. The country that Salisu plays too are full of racists, that's not his home. Football is the only thing Ghana has, nothing is going on well here and we wouldn't let idiots like them destroy our name. I hope they switch nationalities and get out🤨. It's better to reject a call up than to come and disgrace yourself like that.
Football is not just a game. It’s peoples source of income, it's taxpayers money, it's national pride, it's public perception, it's legacy. If football was just a game players wouldn't be paid millions to play it. And these players KNOW it’s not just a game bc they spent their entire childhood pursuing this path because they were passionate about it even if they weren’t sure they’d succeed. Salisu’s reaction is disappointing and not empathetic to the fans. But that’s the mindset of these players. They don’t care about what they represent minus Kudus. It’s truly disgraceful what Ghana representation has become.
Watch carefully, Salisu was looking at the journalists but he was talking to security. He said “let somebody do something”, meaning he was afraid of being physically attacked and that the security wouldn’t react in time to protect him. You can even see the fear on his face that he was trying to make look like bravery: look at his wide eyes. That’s why the security wasn’t allowed talking back to him. People have to understand that being surrounded by a mob like this might be normal behavior back home, but it’s considered to be threatening violence in abrokyire where the players are used to living. I’m born and raised in Canada, for example, the journalists wouldn’t be allowed near the players if they couldn’t control their temper and speak professionally.
In the end IT IS just a game. There are frankly much more important things that impact our lives. Some choose to put so much into it and have to ride the emotional rollercoaster. Those of us that understand it is a game, tend to be more objective, realistic, and can support the team unconditional while avoiding the heartache. It's not that we love the team any less than you do. It's because you have an unhealthy attachment to the team and it's past glories. The other thing you misunderstand is that the players, probably more than anyone else, are the most disappointed in the loss. They are the ones out there in the trenches, carrying the weight (unrealistic expectations) of the country on their shoulders. As upset and disappointed as they are, why on earth would they willingly entertain booing and disrespectful fans and press? Put yourself in their shoes, it's not that hard to understand.
@@kevinwong9656 your government spent 1.5 million tax payer dollars to support 3 games where they got knocked out. Meanwhile that money could’ve been used to develop infrastructure, even build football pitches that are higher standards to train young players to eventually get jobs. All these zongo boys chose to play soccer bc they know it’s one of the few viable ways in the country to gain income if they are successful and support their families. This is not just a game. It’s an integral part of the economy and everyone should put more value into it if millions are being invested into “just a game”
@@sweetsiren8841 are you advocating for not participating in the tournament going forward? The government can spend on both things if done properly. You don't need to tell me about these boys. I grew up like them. We all have the same dream but it can't be your only plan.
Why is he still in the team? Are we really saying that there aren't European Ghanaian players in UK, Holland and Germany that can take over this mantle? There will be Ghanaian boys in those countries who have no chance of playing for the big 3 European nations mentioned. Germany in particular has so many Ghanaian boys in the leagues. Ghana needs to move on from the Ayews.

Foolish statement. He has every right to. What gives these idiots the right to cuss him? None of them have played to his level. If the can do better, please go justify for the team. Foolishness!

Deserving so Dede Ayew started the downfall he must retire !!
Mr. Chris Hughton! You do all..... Amazing performance. We (Ghanaians) need to give him a "five years contract extension" to coach the Black Stars.

Grown professional men and women shouldn’t be proud of doing this to the young players. You should be booing the coach and GFA.
I’d really like to know what possessed Ofori to touch that ball.
Stupidity. 🤦🏽

I don't think Chris Houghton and the technical teams needs an official letter to vacate they should just resign that'll
They should not blame the players. Some leaders have to be sacked from GFA, especially the coach and the technical team members
Why are the fans angry yet the team drew with Mozambique. The fans do not understand this would have been worse?
Who at all is behind the forceful introduction of Ayew.
Terrible end...🇬🇭
Ghana is no longer power house guys Pitso is available
