Cemetery reduced hope loss from deaths. Quite a few decisions I dont understand... No workers assigned as hunters during the disaster, they are still getting SOME food, and were otherwise sitting around. No moonshine? Its literally free discontent reduction. Same with house of pleasure - you have plenty of workers. No extra workshops? You have engineers sitting around doing nothing. 10% extra efficiency is still better than 0.
It was a comfortable enough win without having to push the efficiency so high. Specifically regarding moonshine and House of Pleasure, I like to avoid taking those laws unless I have a particularly tough or themed run. Simply personal preference.

People will not waste time eating if the cookhouse is closed. When they are very hungry, they will instantly take food from the stockpile, wasting no time. This squeezes out a lot more hours of work from people.
A sad day when 'playing the game' is literally 'Imma google all the correct answers and choose them'. Just hack the game for infinite resources then, since you are CLEARLY not playing it.
@@YourLocalMairaaboo The game plays plenty fair. It's all about RNG. If you can't hack it playing an RNG game then don't, or cheat. And don't pretend that cheating to know all the answers to every test is any different from just slapping a dozen Automotons into your city right from word go.
@@YourLocalMairaaboo Neat. You could also study for the big exam, rather than stick a cheat sheet of the right answers in your desk. He chose the cheat sheet, not studying and simply learning.
I think it would have been cool if they'd gone all in on endless with the last autumn and had you start pre-frost, with the new laws and buildings and so forth, and then over time as you complete the generator and the frost arrives, gameplay transitions to more classic frostpunk, as the seas freeze over meaning your economic mainstays (docks and fisheries) fail and society transforms from the 'workers doing a tough job' to 'people trying to survive'. Shipments of workers and supplies turn to refugee groups, and what you do have is heavily taxed both by transitioning your own settlement and the demands of other nearby sites who maybe haven't been as successful making their generators as you have (maybe long term benefits to helping them, or you could let them collapse then go scrape up whatever's left, or they might push through but be decidedly unchuffed with your lack of assistance), while labour unions are left behind for the order/faith stuff. I just think they missed a prime opportunity to really unify the new and old experiences into a single playthrough, though undoubtedly it wouldn't have been easy from a development standpoint.
I agree. It really would've been great to see this. The biggest disappointment when finishing the reactor was just for it to end. I wanted to see my build of the reactor have a large impact on the whole winter part. For example when you have accidents and you can choose an option that'll affect the performance of the generator. It's a missed opportunity I hope the correct in the future.

@@DDRJake well I finally beat it, I'm thinking I was supposed to learn how to play first then do builders XD either way I had a blast, even if I had to restart a few times while learning.
Did they ever fix it and make it possible to make a proper generator and without Toxic fumes in the builder mode?I think they should. The challenge is to build the generator, not to have a weak one where you can't even build in the only place it heats.
I believe not. They are very slow to patch and update Frostpunk for whatever reason.
Want to try an endless without a generator too, but not on extreme. I'm not that good in this game.
Also infirmaries treat the gravely I’ll in the same amount of time as a regular illness.
I'm fairy sure it's double the time of regular ilness. However, Infirmaries are 2 times faster at base than medical posts, so...
WHERES DA BLOOMIN' GENERATER
It blew.

No, the wood was lost
I’m disappointed he didn’t do this on the Winterhell map 🤣
Enjoying the content otherwise (even if it is old)
Did anyone ever figure out why the "temporary" modifiers he had lasted forever?
Maybe cause he always said get back to work ??
Or maybe it was bug
kinda wish you could get the double shift law it feels like a gimmie thing though i guess bots are useful.
I was hoping for some law changes in endless, but I guess 11Bit felt they didn't gel with the endless gameplay.
@@DDRJake don't get me wrong i get that it's just i don't really like emergency 24 hour all that much it's just really easy to abuse without killing anyone if you know how to and well i feel double shift is just something that if you have a lighting system you would put in place especially in the Apocalypse.
I would hate to brew booze in this weather
Sometime i can't understand why my people are starving when i have a full storage of ration.....
Your food places are inactive or really, really far away from your main housing point?
@@blueshell292 i thought they deliver the ration right to the door steps?
Quite a few decisions I dont understand...
No workers assigned as hunters during the disaster, they are still getting SOME food, and were otherwise sitting around.
No moonshine? Its literally free discontent reduction. Same with house of pleasure - you have plenty of workers.
No extra workshops? You have engineers sitting around doing nothing. 10% extra efficiency is still better than 0.
It was a comfortable enough win without having to push the efficiency so high. Specifically regarding moonshine and House of Pleasure, I like to avoid taking those laws unless I have a particularly tough or themed run. Simply personal preference.
i tried the map today and darn. i screwed-up. -100, no generator. was just finishing the core and every single of my guys decided to dies. lost over 70 staff overnight then next day another 70-80... from 300 i went to 75. then coal stopped comming and death....
Why are you dismantle cook house when you don't use it? Is it some kind of technique that I'm too stupid to know?
People will not waste time eating if the cookhouse is closed. When they are very hungry, they will instantly take food from the stockpile, wasting no time. This squeezes out a lot more hours of work from people.
@@DDRJake thanks, It’s help me a lot!
i was waiting for 1:59:20 where he gets blindsided like that :p
He forgot about field kitchens
I do not hold kitchens in high regard.
haven't laughed this much in a while 2:09:45
how do u rotate buildings?
Middle mouse click.
it's not trig it's cheating. :) It' FUCKING BRILLIANT!
eh?
Dont like my race mixing? Jake I'm watching you
Simple slip of the tongue, I of course mean class mixing.
neet
The funny thing is you have toxic gas it can burn workers but they dont use it as resources they used coal . 🤣🤣🤣

Scripted deaths are p dumb
Shame the lack of mods on that stream. A bit of casual racism in the chat at one point and I don't mean jokes.
Everyone's a little bit racist, sometimes. Doesn't mean we go around committing hate crimes.
A sad day when 'playing the game' is literally 'Imma google all the correct answers and choose them'. Just hack the game for infinite resources then, since you are CLEARLY not playing it.
Ok.
The game doesn't play fair.
Neither does he.
Deal with it.
@@YourLocalMairaaboo The game plays plenty fair. It's all about RNG. If you can't hack it playing an RNG game then don't, or cheat. And don't pretend that cheating to know all the answers to every test is any different from just slapping a dozen Automotons into your city right from word go.
@@Sparten7F4 it kinda is.
You could do the same thing by playing it several times and discovering the solutions by trial and error.
