Indigenous side needs to learn their culture, language, war cries/dance now for next year, instead of only practicing it for a week leading up to the game. looks silly watching them not knowing the moves and looking around waiting to see what the others do. Being proud and promoting your culture, you should have all that wrapped up, not only for when the cameras are on. Love the indigenous and maori cultures, and tough battles on the footy field.

As a recent convert to rugby and having found an irresistible love for New Zealand, can someone explain the "Stolen Generation "? Is that a World War 2 reference or is that an indigenous Australian reference? I'd rather hear it from someone that's informed and has a stake in the matter than reading it from a wiki page where that touch of humanity seems to be missing. My grandmother is indigenous Australian and stolen generation. It basically refers to indigenous children that were stolen from their parents by white people, and then raised in missions/ residential schools. Indigenous North Americans were victims to something similar. I hope this helps.
