I actually got goosebumps when Eric started singing I Started A Joke by Bee Gees! I had no idea that Eric could sing so beautifully; even though he was just playing around!
Wings is one of my favorite shows of the mid 90s and Webers chemistry with Tim Daly who voiced Superman in Superman: TAS was great. That show had the whose who of stars from Tony Shaloub to Thomas Hayden Church to Courtney Thorne Smith etc.
Courtney Thorne Smith was on Wings? I don't remember seeing her on there or do I? It was more memorable seeing the Cheers cast of course Wings is an offshoot of that show. Wished it lasted longer than 8 seasons.
Man I worked on Chicago Med as an office PA for about a year and then when Covid struck and we all shut down I moved on and started doing other stuff and like 3 months later Steven Weber joined and I fuckin missed him. Really upsetting cause I grew up with him and his movies. I watched the Shining tv movie so many times.
Steven Weber and Eric McCormack are both funny and interesting. I liked Weber's story on auditioning for Steven Bochco and McCormack talking about meeting Elvis Costello and George Martin. Your question about who makes them starstruck is quite revealing.
Wings was one of the shows that I watched growing up. My Grandma was a Will and Grace fan. Their podcast sounds like a great time. I enjoyed hearing their stories. Y’all sound great singing together. Great episode! Best podcast ever
Adore Eric McCormack and have been a big fan since those lonesome dove days. The podcast with Steve and his other new podcast with Sean Hayes are both fantastic
These guys give me hope in my later years. I'm mid 40s and already feeling like there's no hope and my better days are long behind me but hearing them speak gives me hope.
Fantastic episode. I've subbed to their new pod. Loved Eric on Will and Grace and a huge fan of Weber from Hamburger Hill, he has such a chilled personality.
How does this video not have more views! I love these guys I watch every episode of wings growing up. Thank you for this interview, I love the chemistry between them!
Very rich and exciting episode with Eric and Steven who give us their impression of actors with great musical interludes ❤❤🎶🎵 !! Thank you again , Michael, for offering us this podcast full of humanity, joy and humor 👏👏 !! Thanks to Ryan too ! 💙💖🙌🙌
Great guests Rosey! Wings was/is one of my go to shows to relax. Steven Weber IS Brian Hackett, the joking personality, quick witted! Eric McCormack, Will & Grace, Travelers. Great stuff.
Thank you for the mention of the Bryan Cranston Mountain Dew commercial. I looked it up and the image of Cranston in in the blue dress was worth it alone. Totally changed my mood...in a very good way.
Wings is one of my favorite shows of all time, I'm not the biggest sitcom guy overall but there're a small percentage of sitcoms like Wings that I love and rewatch just about every year.
I have 2 say i enjoy this episode wayy more than the james gunn episode eric and steven are so fun and so down 2 earth its like hanging out with your buddies
I am the biggest fan of Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip! (Wings as well, of course.) Weber was amazing in that show! I was devastated when it wasn't picked up for a 2nd season. I'd love to meet him one day and say thank you.
I LOVE the show Wings. It has so many funny people, that are very talented.. Amy Yasbeck was my crush back then and still kinda is. Steven was my hero and Tim Daly too.
I met you at Niagara Falls Comic Con a few weeks back! I was volunteering at Henry Thomas' line and I came by when it was quiet, I asked you to sign the back of my t-shirt. So I started telling you how much I love this show, how I love your Indy statue and started going on about this show and when I turned around, you were gone.. lol.
Oh my gosh Michael I just love this interview, it was so great. Eric and Steve seem like they are so much fun to hang out with. And Eric, don’t worry we love you!!!
Steven Weber deepcut send up from my STAR TREK DEEP SPACE NINE fandom, he was in the 2nd or 3rd episode playing a Bajoran terrorist! I liked it! But loved WINGS too. Of COURSE a deep fan of Eric McCormack in WILL&GRACE
Great interview! Ditto in every great comment made about Wings. I lived that show! The chemistry between you is epic and I think you all need to have a 70s cover band cause lots of love for hearing you sing songs of my youth!!!
I was star struck several times, but one one of the best was going to work as an usher in a Broadway show and crossing the street only to lock eyes with Steven Weber. Not a word was said, but he acknowledged that I recognized him. He smiled and nodded. Love Wings and Will and Grace.
When they are all singing at the end.., it reminds me of when we were trying to come up with songs to cover in my band and we would do this kind of thing. Lol
I've only seen Eric McCormack in the newest season of Slasher aka Slasher:Ripper (I don't watch Sitcoms the laugh tracks annoy me too much and it looks like that's what he's mostly in) and he was insanely good in that as the Villain hope he's brought back if they make a season 6 of that show since it's an Anthology series. Steven Weber though I've seen in so many things like 13 Reasons Why (didn't finish that show kind of got weird), Channel Zero, The Perfection, Falling Skies, Wilfred, different times he's voiced Alfred like in Scooby-Doo and Guess Who, Leaving Las Vegas, All Dogs Go To Heaven. So many things, I actually never watched The Shining TV Series I always forget it's a thing which would shock those that no me because Horror is my life and the majority of my Bookshelf is Stephen King books. I need to try and find it.
Regardless of the guest, Michael's interviewing style is fun to experience. I love the humor, introspection and humility he shows. Very likely my favorite interviewer, which at 62 should tell you something!
Funny to hear Tom Hanks turned Eric down when SPR had so many comedic stars, past present and future. Sam Malone, Paul Giamati, etc. I mean BoB had David Schwimmer and Peter Gibbons, aka Ron Livingston and the banter between the soldiers were pretty light hearted. I could have seen Eric in one of the roles. Probably more than David, in fact.
🇨🇦I think of Eric McCormack as sci-fi alumni. His scenes with Bill Shatner keep me searching for a copy of Free Enterprise. Both guests bring humour and brains to TV and film.
Another great one. As a fan of Will and Grace and Wings/Ballers. It was a fun watch. So interesting to learn about the audiences and parties that happened during the filming. No doubt this helped with the on-screen fun.
Great guests!! I loved Will and Grace so, so much. Eric is a great actor. Also loving Steven in Chicago Med. Need to find out what Wings is (don't think we got it in UK)
Dang you Michael ! Started following you a few hours ago becuase the algo apparently thinks I should. Well the algo was right. Great work on smallville ! Let’s how well this and ville talk do.
I was such a will & grace fan so I was loving this and i loved when you all sang together. Great episode as always, you never disappoint ❤ also i dont remember ever hearing a question of mine gettinf picked for shit talkimg and i made the assumption Ashley R was me lol since it was for Eric - so i was very 🥰🥰🥰
So behind on listening to these episodes, I been dealing with so much. I try keep my private life off of social media. I been so ill physically, and mentally for a couple of months with my body and dealing with family issues. Haven't been posting much on instagram and Twitter has changed so much, this is a great episode love these guys. Loved how this episodes started off these guys are so fun to listen to. You get to know so much about Eric and Steve,Michael love how you talked about the speech James Gunn give out at his wedding, about feeling loved by family and friends. Michael thanks for getting Eric and Steve on the podcast you Rock!!
Love your interviews, and the frankness of the Questions you ask. Just wish the Title didn't remind me of a Colonoscopy.. Inside of you the story of the Gum you ate ten years ago.... Sorry great show as always👍
Wings is my favorite sitcom of all time, and I love that Steven Weber is still relevant today. This would've been an epic interview if it had been him and Tim Daly.
Great guests ! HI STEVEN a forever fan !! Erik YOU are really the best in everything you do ive watched all your tv shows after will and grace ! enjoy you fully and completely< lil hip :))) so glad you brought up our beloved Gordon Lightfoot !
I think you mean Crystal Bernard, who played Helen Chapel?
Loved Wings..😊 Hope Steven talks about it
@@celest143 I always get confused with that name. Thanks for correcting me.
Courtney Thorne Smith was on Wings? I don't remember seeing her on there or do I? It was more memorable seeing the Cheers cast of course Wings is an offshoot of that show. Wished it lasted longer than 8 seasons.
She's great. Great voice with that duet with Peter Cetera @@celest143
I love Eric McCormack! Perception is one of my favorite shows and I also love to hear him sing! Thank you, Michael, for the wonderful podcasts!
I wish I could ask Weber if he improvised that closing credit sequence on Wings with the great hilarious Phil Leeds. Cracks me up every time I see it.
Very interesting pair, neither ones performances ever let me down. I'm listening to that podcast while I hit the gym
dude, one of the best episodes yet. so easy flowing!
Rosey, Weber and McCormack can easily do a sitcom where it will just be plain laughter in every scene.
Steven Weber and Eric McCormack are both funny and interesting. I liked Weber's story on auditioning for Steven Bochco and McCormack talking about meeting Elvis Costello and George Martin. Your question about who makes them starstruck is quite revealing.
What a great interview!
Wings was one of the shows that I watched growing up. My Grandma was a Will and Grace fan. Their podcast sounds like a great time. I enjoyed hearing their stories. Y’all sound great singing together. Great episode! Best podcast ever
Wings, Seinfeld, and Frasier were the best live audience sitcoms of the 90's.
Listening to this... in the Netherlands and laughed heartily. I'm only 10 minutes in but had to comment. Thanks for this.
If you had Eric and Steven everyday I wouldn’t mind at all. Arguably one of your best episodes.
Great show
Great interview loved the conversation and especially the musical interlude at the end😊
Fantastic episode. I've subbed to their new pod. Loved Eric on Will and Grace and a huge fan of Weber from Hamburger Hill, he has such a chilled personality.

Love the impromptu Bee Gees singing, been a fan since '79 and have everything of theirs since 1963. Great version of I Started A Joke, Eric!
Really enjoyed this episode! Thank you all so much 😁😁😍
Steven Weber as Worcester in Hamburger Hill was such a great performance.
Great guests Rosey! Wings was/is one of my go to shows to relax. Steven Weber IS Brian Hackett, the joking personality, quick witted! Eric McCormack, Will & Grace, Travelers. Great stuff.
I remember Murder in the First as being one of the first TV series to have season long arcs.
Guys! I loved singing with you at the end!! So good! This was epic! Great cast! Subscriber!! ❤
"Band of Bothers only wanted unknowns"
I love these three men. They are funny, talented and handsome!!! Great episode.❤😊
I am enjoying listening to this episode. Wings was such a great show. Eric and Scott are both very talented.
Who's Scott?
Absolutely LOVED Wings back in the day.
Always good to see my old classmate, Eric doing well!
Awesome interview! Truly, Rosey… best podcast out there!! Thanks Ryan, Bryce, and co. as well!!
Thank you for the mention of the Bryan Cranston Mountain Dew commercial. I looked it up and the image of Cranston in in the blue dress was worth it alone. Totally changed my mood...in a very good way.

One of your best episodes. Well done, sir.

My inner self is screaming WILL!!! Oh my gosh!!!! Loved him in Will and Grace ❤

🇨🇦I think of Eric McCormack as sci-fi alumni. His scenes with Bill Shatner keep me searching for a copy of Free Enterprise. Both guests bring humour and brains to TV and film.
Eric actually did a two-hour sci-fi TV pilot movie called "Island City" with Kevin Conroy back in 1994.
Steven Webber was actually on DS9 (he played Colonel Day in the Circle episodes - he was excellent)
This was Golden. Peak 'Inside of You' episode.
Weber's face while anyone else is talking is everything. lol
Eric was amazing on Slasher this year!
I have been a fan of Steve Weber for years. I loved him on the TV Series Wings.
It wasn't a Sorkin show. It was a Bochco/Milch show called "Brooklyn South." Cranston played an IAB detective.
These guys are awesome!
Well now you need to get Thomas Haden Church, Tony Shaloub, and Tim Daly on!
It's always good to see men their age not forgetting how to be silly and have fun.
Great and funny podcast with these two!,
Wings is one of my favorite shows. I hope Steven comes back and talks more about it.
Another great one. As a fan of Will and Grace and Wings/Ballers. It was a fun watch. So interesting to learn about the audiences and parties that happened during the filming. No doubt this helped with the on-screen fun.
You can not find the pilot for studio city anywhere. That's a shame would have loved to check it out
Great guests!! I loved Will and Grace so, so much. Eric is a great actor. Also loving Steven in Chicago Med.
Need to find out what Wings is (don't think we got it in UK)
I sing the same song to my dog! Love it!
Watching now!!!
Dang you Michael ! Started following you a few hours ago becuase the algo apparently thinks I should. Well the algo was right. Great work on smallville ! Let’s how well this and ville talk do.
Really enjoying this interview so far. Very funny and also gets pretty deep. Great way to kick off my Birthday week. Thanks Rosey 😊❤️.

Wings is my favorite show ever. During the summer when I was a kid I would catch reruns on tv for an hour each day. I LOVED it!!!
I laughed so hard about Steven Weber being starstruck at meeting Obama that I choked on my drink
What fun to sing with your guests like that! Excellent podcast otherwise too.
I love you Michael!!!😭💋🖤🫶🏽
Wings and will and Grace .
Love your interviews, and the frankness of the Questions you ask. Just wish the Title didn't remind me of a Colonoscopy.. Inside of you the story of the Gum you ate ten years ago.... Sorry great show as always👍
Steven Weber is so funny...he's fine on dramas like Chicago Med, but he really needs to do more comedies like Wings.
Will and Grace... legendary!
Wings is my favorite sitcom of all time, and I love that Steven Weber is still relevant today. This would've been an epic interview if it had been him and Tim Daly.
So good ❤🎉
“Party All the Time”, and “Diamond Girl”
WEN BIEHN PART 2!?
Thanks, Rosey! Thanks, Ryan! Thanks, Eric! Thanks, Steven! 💫 #InsideOfYouWithMichaelRosenbaum #MichaelRosenbaum #EricMcCormack #StevenWeber
Say the Mt dew commercial 🤣🤣 I don't remember that at all
You really should get Andy pagana on your podcast. You two would click so well and that would be such a good listen to hear you to just talk
Eating out and inside of you . That’s big double entendres.
"You all look, 'Marvelous!'"
As a dutch person i am NOT offended..OR angry...😂
Eddy Van Halen was Dutch..... Gotta love the Dutch lol
What a great looking trio! As smart as you are, all are handsome. I'm here for it! ❤🎉 ps don't me too on that comment 😂
Wanna hear some Wings behind the scenes stuff!
Kissing kissing, that’s what I’ve been missing……
Eric M is a busier actor than Steven Weber. I've only seen him in a few shows outside of Wings.
nice
Great guests ! HI STEVEN a forever fan !! Erik YOU are really the best in everything you do ive watched all your tv shows after will and grace ! enjoy you fully and completely< lil hip :))) so glad you brought up our beloved Gordon Lightfoot !
