I’m about to get this roller, looking good, what settings are you on?

@@TheGlobuleReturns In the Flydigi app I have my joysticks set to “Default” which is a linear response curve. Make sure to re-select it for each of your joysticks; as it used to not be a linear curve until recently; so I believe most of the Apex 4 controllers were made during the “old factory default” (unless they are made after the update/change I would presume)
And for my Apex Legends settings I currently use are the Advanced Look Controls (ALCs) which consists of; 0 Deadzone; 0 Response Curve; 290x250 Hip fire; and 190x190 ADS /w 180x160 extra speeds on both! (NO Turning Ramp Up Delays!)
If I were to use default settings they would be; 4;4 Linear, No Deadzone!
And for the Apex 4s tension adjustment; I have that almost as loose as I can get it where I’m still able to control most of my natural instinct slow straight line tracking! (perfect or near perfect horizontal/vertical tracking at good distances or against headglitches/ziplines)

I also go through most of my apex settings at the end of this video/vod! And I worked my way up to my current sensitivity by increments of 10s and 20s! Starting as low as 240x190 hipfire; 130x110 ADS; and 20x20 Extra Speeds! But I also used older controllers then! Like the Xbox Elite Series 2! I just recommend if your gonna try ALCs finding your preference between any of the speeds I mentioned! Something like; 280x240 hipfire and 180x180 ADS I personally think could be more consistent! And just work in your extra speeds; maybe 160x140 or 140x120 on both! (Tension could also play a big part in this; most people do seem to prefer gaming with Increased Stick Tension) so try not to play to much with extra speeds until your comfortable with your base speed!

@@ImProficient Thanks for the big reply! I've actually got something like 3000 hours in the game and have played on ALC's since they came out, but with a flat 400/400 and 130/130 ADS (Genburtens current settings) on a dualshock 4, and the feel of an overclocked DS4 with these settings is almost unbeatable imo for consistency and speed. I had a Nacon Pro Revolution 5 for about a week before I gave up trying to replicate the settings. It just felt so sluggish and wasn't able to match the old controller at all. It was 0 deadzone with a bit of drift (in the good way), but it still couldn't match my old gameplay. It had some benefits like long range AR shots felt easier, but in every other respect it was all but unusable. I couldn't track players nearly as fast, especially in those Diamond 3 and above lobbies, so I returned it. I've managed to hit pred twice and realised I couldn't see myself having a chance to hit my peak again with the Nacon.
I'm hoping the Apex 4 is the answer with 1000hz polling and reduced stick tension, but after reading your comment maybe I was just missing a basic fix (raising my ADS sens in game). I'll let you know what I find once it arrives. The one thing I did notice was that in the range I was absolutely beaming with the Nacon even with the bots running random strafes. It felt amazing at first, much like in your VOD here, it just lasered them, but then it didn't translate over to real gameplay against quick strafing players.
